During the process of the trial and having to had wait 8 & years later for
the suspect to come forward, how did you feel having to go through so
many suspects and trying to find the one that did it ?

62:Death Penalty, Initiative Statute.
This proposition is removing death penalty but replacing with life in prison. This
will apply to people who are on death row. They will have no possibility of parole
(work outside of prison), but will have to pay restitution by working in prison.
66:Death Penalty, Procedures, Initiative Statute.
This proposition will keep the death penalty but will shorten time they will wait
until solving case. Speeds up appeals process, an appeal is a formal request to a
higher court to review a lower courts decision. Requires prisoners on death row
to have parole and pay restitution to victims families.
