obtain transportation for the parade.
We welcome your participation the Millpond Days Parade. The parade will
begin on C Street and 5th St. Judging will begin at 10:00 a.m. Parade will begin
Saturday, June 19, 2010 at 11:00 a.m.

Waiver: I know that 3 on 3 basketball tournament is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and participate unless I am medically able
and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decisions of tournament officials relative to my ability to safely compete the 3on3. I assume all risk
associated with this event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including cold, high heat
and/or humidity, traffic and the conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these
facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Mill Pond Days
Committee, Colville Confederated Tribes, City of Nespelem and all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all liabilities of any kind
arising out of my participation in this event.
Parent Consent: All Players under the age of 18 must have parental consent. As the undersigned as legal
guardian and/or parent, I hereby allow my child to participation.
Distance and Course: 5k (3.1 miles), start at the old Tribal Meat Building (archives Bldg.) on the Nespelem
flats, to Nespelem crossing State Highway 155 by Video Quest, up to 10th St., turning north, two blocks turn
East on C St. for one block and south on 9th St. for one block finishing at the Nespelem City Park.
Registration: Registration fee is $10.00 until June 11, 2010. Late registration will be taken until 7:30 a.m.
on June 19, 2010 Late registration will be $20.00 and t-shirts will be mailed. Money orders ONLY please.

Awards: All finishers will be given t-shirts that have paid the early registration fee. Awards will be given to the
top finishers of each age divisions: 0-8; 9-11; 12-14; 15-18; 19-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70+, male &
female.
Runners Numbers Pickup: runners will be able to pick up their running numbers at the Town Hall in
Nespelem starting on Saturday, June 19, 2010 at 7:00 to 7:45am at the starting site at the Town Hall.
