on transferring and accepting of patients compared to the chief residents with averages of 73.5%,
73.5 % and 67% respectively.

83.5% which shows they have superior knowledge about the patients use of promissory note
secured either by mortgage or guarantee of a co-maker to cover for unpaid financial obligations.
This is followed by medical staffs with 82%, and non-medical staffs with 74%.
Q8: release of death certificates
Non medical staffs have superior knowledge regarding the release of death certificates and other
documents to relatives of the deceased who are financially incapable, but with promissory note.
They had an average of 76%, followed by medical staffs with 59%, then chief residents with 44%.
Q9 & Q10: handling of patients who cannot settle their hospital bills
With respect to RA 9439 Anti-Hospital Detention Law, detention of patients unable to settle their
financial obligations is prohibited; however, this does not apply to patients who stayed in private
rooms. Non medical staffs have superior knowledge in the said provision, followed by chief
residents then medical staffs with an average of 59.5%, 50%, and 38% respectively.

20120 with an average of 89% compared to the medical and non-medical staff with

Non-Medical and Medical personnel have a superior knowledge on the use of generic
terminology or generic names in transactions related to prescribing, purchasing, dispensing, and
administering of drugs and medicines both with an average of 82% compared to Chief Residents
with an average of 59%.
Q3, 5: Definition and components of the essential drugs list

Non-medical personnel have a superior knowledge on the definition and components of the
essential drugs list with an average of 69% compared to the Medical personnel and Chief
Residents with averages of 66% and 56% respectively.
