UniSim Design Suite R450 evaluation version - how to
download, install and obtain a license
(using Honeywell online license management)

Prerequisites
These instructions apply for those who wish to download, install and
obtain a license for the evaluation version of UniSim Design Suite
R450
An account on the Honeywell online license management website is
required
- A new account can be easily requested (steps included in Part 1)

It is recommended to use a Windows computer when downloading

from the Honeywell online license management system*
- A Microsoft Silverlight plug-in is needed the current version will be
automatically installed if needed
* More information on supported browsers and current technical details can be found on
the online license management site main page

Download the UniSim Design Suite R450 evaluation version

Log on to the Honeywell online license management
website (or request an account)
Apply for an evaluation
Wait for an e-mail with the Order Key from Honeywell
Finish downloading

Install the UniSim Design Suite R450 evaluation version

Run "setup.exe"
Follow the installation instructions on-screen

Obtain an evaluation license

Log into the Honeywell online license management website
Install the license

A zip file is
downloaded to the
Downloads folder...
... and then extracted
to the Documents
folder.

Use the hyperlinks at the

top to access the folders
and check that you have
sufficient empty space in
them (~1.75 GB).

Key

If it wasnt checked to run

automatically, the ULM
Configuration Wizard can also
be launched from the
Honeywell folder in the
Windows Start menu.
