Business Opportunity:
Provide diaper clutches for the
parents on the go. Diaper clutch is available online on mother
care for 12 . There is a huge opportunity in the Islamabad as
there is huge mass market (parents). So our idea is to provide
good quality diaper clutches at comparatively lower prices with
ease to use for the customer.

Group member have different perceptions
from where to start the model. At last we decided to start from
our customer segments which are:

Once the customer segments have been defined we move to


how to build relationship with them;

Then the channels through which we are providing our product:

Then move to the values which we will be providing to the


customer through our product:

Next we decided the key activities which we have to perform to


produce good quality diaper for the customers;

In order to perform the key activities we need some resources,


so our key resources are;

Since we are not manufacturing anything by our self so key


partners are very vital for us.

Now come the money part, our revenue stream is;

The last but not least came the cost structure which we have to
bear in the business.

LEARNING:
As a startup we planned to target only 3 stores in Islamabad/
Rawalpindi which are mentioned in key partner. Once the
demand of the product started to increase we can target other
stores as well. Once the market for the product is established
and revenues started to come we can develop our own website
for delivering and promotion of our product which will eliminate
cost of daraz.pk and TCS. If we look from the long term
perspective, in the future we can have our own manufacturing
plant, ware house, fashion designer with large product line.
