Payment: $1,500
Terms: Full, within 5 business days of final asset delivery
Drop-Dead Date (cancellation of agreement): January 13th, 2017

final assets, as outlined in agreement
3. drop-dead date of January 13th, 2017
1. if agreed upon list of final assets is not delivered by this date
