First of all, I choose the intended field of study (Mechanical

Engineering) as my path of living because I believe that I can be a successful

mechanical engineer with innovative, entrepreneurial and global thinking engineer in
conjunction with my ambition about being an engineer when I was a little kid.
Furthermore, it is the broadest branch of engineering. I would have some career options
after graduate. I believes that I may capable to create and give somethings that useful for
human resources that may help them in building a good future for us.
In becoming a successful engineer, I have my own study plans. First is time
management. I will prioritize my homework, assignment and tasks given so that I can
complete them in time. In the pursuit of outdoor activities, I will make sure that I wont
miss my academics too. Then I will always take notes and have some review before
entering class so that I can understand my lecture better. Lastly, I will have my
preparation before having test or quiz so that I can achieve flying colors result.

Perhaps the number one thing all student wish to receive to further my study is a
scholarship. Some may think getting a scholarship is easy and comes with no promises
but in truth you receives a scholarship of that magnitude by the potential you showed
throughout your past study, not only in the class but outside of it as well. I believe I
should receive that UEM Scholarship because I can show great potential in the future.

By getting the scholarship, one of the burden will be uplifted. I can give all my focus
to the my study without worrying about my financial support from my parent because
nowadays the fees getting higher especially in medical and engineering courses. With the
aid of scholarship I don't have to do part time job anymore to pay the fees from the
university besides I can focus on achieving flying colors result. Next, we can see that my
academics were improved from secondary school until I finished my matriculation. I got
4A for my SPM. Its was hard time for me that my mother were admitted for Leukemia
but later I learn from my mistakes, I doing good in matriculation. I scored 3.75 on my last
semester and graduate with CGPA 3.35. I got full mark for my assignments and practical
reports with most of them A. I also joined alot of sports especially in futsal. I also joined
taekwondo and do some charity activitites to help disable person.
Lastly, I believe I deserve this scholarship because I have shown my potential
and will continue succeed and make contributions to the world perhaps for UEM
group. I hope to be a good mechanical engineer.
