The definition of a Stakeholder is as follows:
An individual, group, or organization who may affect, be affected by, or perceive itself to be affected by a decision,
activity, or outcome of a project.
A stakeholder can have a positive or negative impact. Therefore, it is necessary to engage and involve the stakeholders
in the project to ensure project success.
