CHAPTER I
INTRODUCTION

Singapore is one of a country in Asia that has been well developed. In this
country you can find a lot of McDonald cafe. Most of the Singaporean is Chinese.
So here the McDonald adjusts their food preference.

CHAPTER II
DESCRIPTION

You can find many of McDonald cafes in Singapore. They are spread out to the
every part of Singapore, like in central, west, south, east, and north east. There are
also a lot of customer come to this place. It is different to Indonesia, because in
Indonesia, they more prefer have a meal in KFC.
2.1 The worker
The worker in Singapore is very friendly. You can see them from the
picture. They look so friendly when they serve the customer. They also use
a good and clean uniform.

2.2 The customer

The customers in Singapore McDonald are varying. You can see the
picture that it is vary from the young to the old and from single to couple,
even in some group of people. The quantity of the customer is increase
when it is a big even, like in national breakfast day.

2.3 Singapore Culture

The majority of the Singaporean is Chinese. In the Chinese new year they
make a big event, you can see the picture. That picture show how

McDonald participates to the national event. The worker also wears a

Chinese cloth to celebrate it. They also produce a special menu to
celebrate the Chinese New Year.

2.4 Special Menu

As what I have said before that the majority of the Singaporean are
Chinese. Chinese prefer more on a sweet food. The picture shows the
special menus that only serve in Singapore. The most special are pie and
pancake.

2.5 Another Features

McDonald also has a Mc Cafe and Happy Meal. Mc Cafe is good for
having lunch, having meeting, or when you are not really hungry because
the menu is not too heavy food. Happy meal is for a kid. The food has
been design, high calcium and protein but low fat and it is good for their
growth. So you do net need to worry about your kid health.

Beside that McDonald in Singapore also have a humanity event. It is a

regular event in every year. In McDonald Singapore also have a good rule
in ordering food, they stand in line, and they look so discipline.

CHAPTER III
CONCLUSION
McDonald is Singapore can be a good example as a good
McDonald cafe. They can attract many customers to come. Their
McDonald really knows the most of people preference food. Besides that,
the workers give a good service to the customer. They look so friendly and
warm. That can also be a good example for Indonesia, because here in
Indonesia McDonald is not too famous.
