MEETING OBJECTIVES
This purpose of this ongoing weekly PROJECT TEAM MEETING is to review the status of the
project. We will discuss any open issues from the last meeting. We also review the schedule. In
addition, we will identify any potential risks and close with any new action items.

ACTION ITEM REVIEW

Prashaanth Jagannathan
1. WBS 1.4.1 CSS & HTML was to begin The process of the CSS & HTML is moving
forward as planned. There have been no delays and the project sponsor has relayed
the necessary information we required in to make sure that the CSS & HTML will be
completed as scheduled.
2. WBS 1.4.3 Content Population GENERAL SUPPLIES was to get you the content
you need to avoid delays The project sponsor has been pushing his marketing team
to get the updated content to us as soon as possible so that when content population is
slated to begin on 5/1 the build will not be waiting on the necessary content. As of this
meeting, we have secured approximately 50% of the content necessary for population.
We are confident that we will receive the remaining content by the expected start date
of WBS 1.4.3.

Gayathri Gangadharan
1. WBS 1.5.3 Performance Testing in anticipation of performance testing, GENERAL
SUPPLIES has purchased a new server and were supposed to contact you with specs
for testing - The IT team at GENERAL SUPPLIES has conveyed all the specs with the
new server they have installed. The details have been analyzed and it appears that
there should be no issues with the working with a new server.

SCHEDULE REVIEW
To date, the projects is moving forward without any delays. We continue to monitor the
upcoming tasks and do not feel that there is anything on the near horizon that should be
readdressed in the timeline. There is still some concern regarding the speed at which GENERAL
SUPPLIES will return documents regarding the build and QA testing.

RISK MANAGEMENT

Client Delays No need for elevated concern currently. Client continues to perform on time
in regard to their action steps.
Scope Creep Project Sponsor has mentioned that there is some interest in other possible
module on the website. Sponsor is away that current timeline of the schedule is based on the

baseline and any additional modules will delay the estimated completion date and increase
budget costs.

NEW ACTION ITEMS

Action Item 1 Project Sponsor has requested a conference call with Support
Specialist before handover in order to prepare his team simultaneously while
project is still being developed. He wants to know what his team can be doing
proactively to prepared them for the transition and reduce any delays in learning.
Will set up conference call with PM and Support Specialist for the week of April
18.
