Method for sauce:


Blend 4 tomatoes, capsicum, green chilies, onion, grated carrot until it forms a smooth paste. Heat oil, add garlic paste
with cup tomato paste and blended mixture with salt, sugar tandoori masala, oregano. Cok till the sauce thickens.
Remove and keep it aside.
Method for Filling:
Heat oil, add onions and fry till it turns transparent, add ginger garlic paste, salt , pepper, crushed pepper, blended
tomatoes and mince. Cook till mince is tender and done.
Now add tomato paste , green chilies, coriander, sugar, now add in all the vegetables and the sauce, Fold in boiled
pasta.
Remove the content in a baking dish, cover it with both the cheese and cbake it for 15 minutes on 190 degree. Serve
hot with garlic rolls

night and then boil it. Now take 1 kg of boneless chicken cut into cubes. For qorma:
Take a cooking pan add 1 oil , heat the oil add 2 onion slices when its slightly brown
then add chicken cubes, 2 tbsp of ginger paste , 2 tbsp of garlic paste mix it well.
Now add 1 tbsp of all spice powder, 1 tsp of roasted &crushed white cumin seeds , 1
tbsp of coriander powder, tsp of nutmeg and mace, 2 tbsp of red chili powder, tsp
of turmeric powder, add to taste salt mix it well add 8-10 green chilies , 250 grams of
yogurt mix it well when all the ingredients are mixed and roasted. Now qorma is
ready. For Lentils: Take a cooking pan add water now add all the lentils , 50 grams of
soaked rice cook until its done. For Mixing: take a chopper add all the lentil mixture,
qorma and chop it. Take a big cooking pan and keep stirring continuously. Then take
it out in a serving and garnish with 1 fried onion, finely chopped ginger, bunch of
coriander , bunch mint leaves, chaat masla and lemon and serve it. Delicious
haleem is ready.

For chicken : Take kg of boneless chicken (finely sliced), cut it. take a cooking pan add as required chicken slices,
add 3-4 cloves of garlic and fry. Now add cup of yogurt, 2 tbsp of vinegar, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, add to taste salt and
2 tbsp of barbeque masala, mix it well and slightly fry then take it out in a plate and let it cool down. Now chicken is
ready. For Salad: take 1 tomato, 1 cucumber cut into thin slices. Take 3-4 lettuce leaves finely chopped it and add it
into a big bowl then add 2-3 tbsp of olive oil, add of pickled cucumber, cup of pickled chili mix it well. Now salad is
ready. For Pita Filling: take a cooking pan add 4 pit a bread and toasted slightly then open up the pockets add chicken
mixture, sauce, 1 cup of slice olives and 1 cup of salad mix it well. Now chicken shawarma is ready.

Method:
Now, in a pan add boiled Bengal gram , water, Whole cumin seeds, crushed red chili, salt, fennel seeds, ginger
garlic paste, mace, garam masala powder let it cook on low flame for 20 minutes.

Heat on high flame, water dries and cool it.

In a chopper, chopped lentils mixture and boiled potatoes.


After this, add beaten eggs, mint leaves, green chilies, onions and finely chopped ginger.

In the end, make the kabab and fry as required oil.


Delicious Daal kay kabab is ready.

METHOD:
First boil beef meet in ginger garlic paste and boil it.
Now fry the onions in ghee until brown.
Now add the meat and salt in it.
When it the boil comes then add soaked rice and crushed black pepper and cook it and put it on simmer.
Then add carrots (sliced) and add currants, almonds, oil and sugar and cook it for 2 minutes.
Now add fried potatoes and fried peas.
Now put everything on boiled rice and turn off the stove. Mix it and dish it out.

Method:

In a pan, heat oil add onions and fry.

Now add ginger garlic paste, green chilies paste, cumin seeds, black peppercorns, bay leaves, cloves, cardamoms,

Then add boiled beef, plum, yogurt, let it simmer for 5 minutes on low flame.

After this, add soaked rice, water and cook it.


When water dries and let it simmer for 20 minutes.

Add mint leaves, coriander leaves, few drops biryani essence and remove from the stove.
Hara Bhara Pulao is ready.

Method
For mutton balls: Take kg of mutton mince (with 50 grams of fat), 2 onions, 2eggs, 2bread slices, 1 tbsp of chopped
garlic , 1 tbsp of red chili powder, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of crushed black pepper , tsp of baking powder and to
taste salt mix it well in the grinder and make the balls and deep fry it. For Rice: Take kg of sela rice wash it off and
soaked it for 2 hours. Now take a cooking pan add 1-2 sticks of cinnamon, 2-3 black cardamom , 2-3 cloves and when
its popping add 1 onion, 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste and roasted. Now take kg of mixed vegetables, tsp of
crushed black pepper and to taste salt. Add kg of soaked sela rice and 1 jug of mutton stock cook until the ric is
done and add mutton balls then steam the rice when the steam is done. Take 1 cup of cottage cheese cubes slightly
fry in some oil and add it to the top of it take it out in a serving platter and garnish with 1 bunch of mint leaves and 4-5
green chilies and serve it.

Take a cooking pan add water to boil then add packet of noodles boil it in its standard time and strain it then let it

paste and fry. Now add 300 grams of beef mince and roasted then add 2-3 tbsp of honey and take it out. Now on the
same cooking pan add 2-3 tbsp of red chili paste and roasted then add cup of slices cabbage, cup of green
beans, cup of slice carrots, 3-4 slices of green chilies, and 1 tbsp of soya sauce mix it well. now add 1 chicken cube
and as required water mix it well then add chicken mince mixture and add noodles mix it. At last take it out in a serving
platter and garnish with 2-3 strands of spring onion and serve it.

take it out and put some oil and let cool down on the room temperature and set aside. For Chicken Sauce: Take 200
grams of chicken cut into small cube. Take a cooking pan add 2-3 tbsp of oil, 1 onion roasted for 2-3 minutes then add
200 grams of chicken cubes, 2 tbsp of garlic paste and roasted for 2-3 minutes then add 2 cups of tomato puree, 3-4
tomatoes, 1 tsp of crushed black pepper, 1 tsp of crushed red chilies, 1 capsicum , 1 tsp of oregano add to taste salt ,
1 cup of chicken stock and cook for 5-7 minutes when the sauce is thicken take it out and set aside. Chicken sauce is
ready. For White Sauce: Take another cooking pan add 6 tbsp of butter add 4 tbsp of all purpose flour roasted and
then add kg of milk add slowly slowly mix it well and cook until the sauce is thicken take it out and set aside. Now
white sauce is ready. For Chicken Lasania Layering : Take a oven bowl spread the boiled lassania sheets then add
chicken sauce, white sauce then lasania sheets ( repeat the process for 2-3 time more). At last add 1 cup of grated
mozzarella cheese, cup of olives on the top of it. now place the dish on the micro wave oven (set it into the
convention mode ) and bake for 20 minutes take it out and serve it. Deliciously lasania is ready.

For green paste: Take a blender jug add 1 bunch of coriander, 5-6 green chilies, 1 bunch of mint leaves and add to
taste salt, blend it to make a paste. Take a mixing bowl add 2-3 tbsp of garlic , 1 tsp of crushed black pepper, 2-3 tbsp
of red chili paste, 2 tbsp of oil, 3-4 tbsp of lemon juice, add to taste salt and add green paste mix it well and fry make
the batter. Take 1 whole chicken (with skin ) marinade the chicken for an hour and then steam it for 20-25 minutes
then bake it on preheated oven when its golden brown take it out. At last take it out in a serving platter and garnish

For sauce : Take a blender jug add cup of tamarind paste, 3-4 whole red chilies, 2 tbsp of brown sugar ,then add to
taste salt blend it. Now cook 3-4 minutes then take it out and set aside let it cool down. For Salad: first boil the 100
grams of green beans. Take a cooking pan add 1-2 tbsp of, heat the oil add 100 grams of boiled green beans and 2
boiled eggs slightly fry. Now take a mixing bowl add 1 cucumber (sliced), 2tomatoes (sliced), 1 onion(sliced), 2-3
lettuce leaves, 3-4 finely chopped green chilies, and add boiled green beans and boiled eggs. Now pout the sauce on
the top of it. mix it well and serve it.

Take a cooking pan add 1-2 tbsp of oil add 4-5 finely chopped garlic cloves, kg of chicken (Julian cut), fry the
chicken then add 2 tbsp of tomato paste, cup of mushroom (slices), 1 carrot (slices), 1 zucchini (slices)mix it well
and fry then add 1 tbsp of chicken powder. At last add tsp of sesame seed oil mix it or take it out in a serving platter
and serve it.

chilies, 4 tbsp of cinnamon sticks, 4-5 black cardamom, 4-5 cloves roasted on a tawa pan and crushed it roasted on a
tawa pan and make a powder. At last add 2 tbsp of turmeric powder and mix it well. For Malay Beef: take a cooking
pan add 4 tbsp of oil, heat the oil ,add 2 tbsp of chopped ginger garlic and fry then add kg of beef ( with bone) and
fry. Now add tsp of all spice powder, add to taste salt, 1/3 tsp of crushed nutmeg, tsp of fenugreek seeds, 2 tbsp
of malay powder mix it well and roasted. Now add 1 sliced onion, 2 chopped tomatoes, 3-4 potatoes, 1 chopped carrot,
and as required water cook until the beef and vegetable is tender. Then 2-3 tbsp of tamarind paste mix it well when the
gravy thick take it in a serving dish and garnish with green chilies and serve it.

Take a grinder add 25 grams of almonds, 25 grams of char maghaz, 1 tsp of whole black pepper corns, 4-5
cardamoms, 1 pinch of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of poppy seeds, 4 tbsp of sesame seeds, mix it well to a small bag(potli).
Now take a jug add water add this bag(potli). When its ready take it out in a serving glasses add ice cubes in it and
garnish with mint leaves.

Method
Take a luke warm water add 1 -1/2 tbsp of yeast and 1 tbsp of sugar mix it well and leave it for 15 minutes. Take a
mixing bowl add kg of all purpose flour add to taste salt, 2 tsp of baking powder, add yeast mixture and mix it well to
make a dough. Now cover the bowl with plastic cling for 3-4 hours, then take it out the dough with the help of hands
and make small balls, roll the dough thickly. Now take a oven tray grease it with some oil and set the dough in the tray
and place the dish in preheated oven for 10 minutes on 200 C bake it. Now take it out in a serving platter. Now pita
bread is ready.

mix it well. Now make cutlets and set aside. Then take 2-3 eggs add it to the mixing bowl and beat it. Take a fry pan
add 2-3 tbsp of cooking oil and dip the cutlets into fry pan and shallow fry till its golden fry. Now take it out in a plate
when oil is absorb. At last take it out in a serving platter and garnish with 2-3 lettuce leaves, 2-3 tomatoes slices and

Method
Take a cooking pan add cup of oil, heat the oil add 2-3 cinnamon sticks, 1 tsp of black cardamoms seeds, when its
popping add 1 finely chopped onion, 1 inch piece of finely chopped ginger 5-6 garlic cloves finely chopped, fry. Then
add 1kg of beef (with bone), 3-4 minutes roasted add as required water to tender the beef when the beef is almost
tender add cup of yogurt, 1 pinch of saffron , 1 tbsp of red chili powder , mix it well. Now add cup of almond paste,
2-3 whole red chilies cook on a low flame for 5 minutes then add 4-5 tbsp of desiccated coconut cook 5-6 minutes,
when the gravy is thick take it out in a serving bowl garnish with almonds and serve it

Method:
Marinate beef boti with black pepper, salt, papaya paste and leave it for half an hour.

In a pan, heat oil add beef and cover it , when they are tnders and removes from the stove.

Now heat butter add green chilies and fry.


Then add tomatoes, ginger garlic, and salt.

After this add prepared gosht.

Sprinkles coriander leaves, spring onions and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
