1. Give an example of a time when you had to deal with a lot of

stress on the job.
I worked with different schools as a part of my Education study.
During that period which called Teaching Practice, we are requested
to mentor, teach, and assess students as well as doing projects and
studding duties during short period.
2. Describe a time when you had to deal with a very irate
customer or client.
In my previous job, we had a system problem during Eid , which
hang on the salaries of the customers , that issue requested a lot of
patient and wisdom.
3. Tell me about a time when you had to use your people
skills to get your own way.
One of my people skills is communication skills, this skill helped me
to understand people around me , and to know them even from
there body language and eyes.
4. Give an example of a time when you had to prioritize your
work to complete a complex project.
As we know Education Major is prepared to present complex work,
that to prepare teachers to be able working under presser. Especially
, managing team work which requires individual work in the same
time work needs a lot of management and time management skills.
5. Tell me about a time when you failed to meet your
employers expectations on a project. What did you learn?
As a requirement of Education major, you need to have band 6 to be
enrolled in 4 , I tried to have that band about 3 time s, but the field ,
but with some hard working and being patient m finally I got it.

6. Give me an example of a time you had to go above or beyond

the call of duty in order to get a job done.
As students we were coming before studding time by 2 or 3 hours to
prepare ourselves for presentations, projects, and different duties.
7. Describe the most creative work project you have ever
completed.
The collage awarded me as one of the best and hardworking
student, as I decided to continue my studding after having
difficulties time and stopping for 10 years away of studding chairs.
8. Tell me about a time when you were not pleased with your
performance. What did you do about it?
During our teaching practice I presented many lessons while I was
sick , which made it difficult for me as well as my students, but that
evidenced me my passion to what I am doing. So, I tried to
overcome it , then I did will in the next classes.
9. Tell me about your most successful team experience. What
was your role in the team. Why do you think the team was
so successful?
When we performed as group on or play on the theater of the
collage. We were working under presser as we were in year 3, but
we got A+. My role was the leader of the group. I think we did very
well job because we had the same vision, we were thinking as a
group who are in the same boat, and each one presented his skill to
serve and complete the project.

Tell me about the most frustrating person with whom
you have worked. What made this experience difficult? How
did you resolve the situation with this person?
I worked with a person who all of the class members avoided working with
her. That was difficult , because when we are dividing the work , she
keeps her work until the end, and by the time of handling the work she is
handling wrong information or uncompleted or unclear one, which is

asking the rest of the group to do extra work. I solved this issue, by
moving is steps with her with presenting some help.

Tell me about a time when you had to make a very unpopular

decision. What was your thinking process?

Tell me about a specific situation when you had many

things to do and you had to choose which was more

important.
Education major has a lot of projects, exams, tests, and
presentations in one time. In this case, a quick study comes on the
picture , for example which project comes first? Which one has the
most priority ? and which one needs short time, I make decision .

Tell me about a specific situation where you did
something wonderful for your company and you were
recognized for it. Once the Education Chair invited me to meet
with the dean of the collage, asking me about our issues and
suggestions.

Tell me about a time when your persistence in
overcoming obstacles paid off.
When I joined the collage I had no idea about SEBA exam, when they
asked me to come and have it, I was not feeling well, but I did it and
I had remarkable grade.

Tell me about the biggest problem you had to face
during the last six months of your job. How did you handle
it?
Fortunately , During the last 6 months I did not have any problems,
but I had with IELTS band 6, which is one of the requirements to be
enrolled with education Major.

Tell me about a situation in which your solution failed.
How did you change your approach?

I faced some problem in fighting for my right regarding IELTS band 6,

so as professional procedure I spoke to different people at collage ,
who are responsible , but my solution failed. Thus, I started working
on myself trying to have the cure from another side.

Keys to Success

Prior to the interview, be sure that you spend the time to assess
the core skills/competencies needed to be successful in the job.
Prepare for questions that will require you to talk about
experiences wherein you used these skills.
Provide SPECIFIC EXAMPLES from your work experiences. Avoid
talking in generalities or giving vague answers.
Ensure that the interviewer understands YOUR contribution to
the given scenario. Avoid too many references to group
experiences, such as We did. Be sure to focus on YOUR
contributions within the group.
