Mission Statement
My purpose is to provide meaningful patient centered care, while promoting dignity, and
comfort for the sick. My mission is to be a leader and patient advocate. I will focus on my skills
in helping individuals become the best healthy community members they can be. I will focus a
large part on educational aspects of health maintenance. People in the community will be
knowledgeable about their health to lead to individuals being their healthy best. My goals are to
continue my education. I would like to reach out to my local community and assess the learning
needs, and implement plans/programs for the future health of others.
