SUMMARY

Shinekhuu Otgonbor started to work for MCS International company from 2004 as a electrical
design engineer at Electrical department.
He was engineering and designing electrical
transmission line, supervising transmission line and substation construction work.
Since 2007, Shinekhuu was managing various middle to large scale engineering, EPC, turnkey
projects. Especially he has managed and participated establishment of Power supply system of
Ukhaakhudag coal mine. That has included mine site up to 110kV power supply system, main
electrical consumers power supply such as coal handling prepperation plant and borefield water
system. Also he has managed 35kV power supply system design project of Oyu tolgoi copper mine.
Since 2009 worked as Senior manager in Engineering department of MCS International LLC.
Responsible for establish professional engineering team with skilled enigineers, manage and
engineering support on projects such as High voltage transmission system (up to 220kV), District
heating, Process Control and Automation.
Mr.Shinekhuu is referred to as a quick witted, hardworking individual, always striving for perfection,
shown his professionalism for 10 years since he started working for MCS International.
