PREFACE
Nowadays, college student as an academia, creator and worshiper to society that

exactly as a big asset for the country in the future seems like loosing their direction especially
in determinating the right orientation. As the time went by college students role has been
weakened by the system that occur inside the campus itself, moral destroyer, anarchism, and
less existance of the student have been a symbol for college student. It can be denied form the
campus life that consist of some classes, cultures, and society elements. Nowadays, by
accentuate the education of sciences and technology is a characteristic for public and private
college. But, Imbalance happens when the intellegence is not supported by the proper
intellegence.
Beside of academic, human also has to have good communication skill, because
without good communication wont rised good relation. Good communication will create
new relation and colleague, that one time will help us in the future in every aspects.
Society of Petroleum Engineer ITSB Student Chapter (SPE ITSB SC) is a developing
organization, so does we are as staff of SPE ITSB SC is in progress of SPE ITSB SC
development to be succesful and be a competitor in national and international level. This
organization will be in high quality if we have good output. To create quality we have to
have a wide and global paradigma thought. So we can also exist in the globalization era.
Considering the condition and reality, as college student under the auspices of Society
of Petroleum Engineer ITSB Student Chapter (SPE ITSB SC) has inisiative to do a
benchmarking to Trisakti University. Because benchmarking is a comparison test for the
study in Society of Petroleum Engineer ITSB Student Chapter (SPE ITSB SC) as a bowl of
organizations knowledge that expected to acknowledge and big power to dig, explore, and
refresh potension of the Society of Petroleum Engineer ITSB Student Chapter (SPE ITSB
SC) itself. So the staff of Society of Petroleum Engineer ITSB Student Chapter (SPE ITSB
SC) will back on proper track again.

III. PURPOSE
The Purpose of the benchmarking to SPE Trisakti University SC are :
a. As a hospitality from college student of Institut Teknologi dan Sains Bandung

b. As a sharing and exchange media of information for each organization.

c. Increasing quality of SPE ITSB SC by recieving knowledge from other SPE SC
especially SPE Trisakti University.
