AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS
I, Imran Abubakar Pangilinan, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident
of Brgy Villa Sta. Maria, Zamboanga City, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance
with
law,
depose
and
state:
1. That I am the employer of Rodrigo for 12 years and that I own the Milk
Company named DJ Diary Products located in Brgy San Ramon, Zamboanga
City;
2. That I have personally interviewed Rodrigo way back in 2004, in my personal
assessment hes a well mannered person, courteous and friendly and I hired him for
the position of a packer, I assigned him in a storage facility in Ayala for 3 years,
after seeing that he is a hard working person and a very trustworthy man so I gave
him the newly vacant position of Dairyman in the said facility;
3. That on January 5, 2007 up to the present, Rodrigo has been assigned to deliver
fresh milk every morning from 4:00 am to 10:00 am in the barangays of Recodo,
La paz, and San Ramon, I requisitioned to him a motorsicad as his mean of
transportation to effectively deliver fresh milk to these barangays and I also gave
him a daily schedule of delivery as herein attached as annexed 1-A;
4. That all DJ Dairy products are thoroughly checked, quality controlled and fully
complies with all health advisories/policies ordered by the government for safe
consumption;
5. That I executed this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing facts.
