AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS
I, MICHELLE DANA, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of
Barangay Sta. Maria, Zamboanga City, after having been sworn to in accordance
with law, depose and state:
1. That I am presently working as an Elementary School Teacher at the Sta.
Maria Elementary School located in Barangay Sta. Maria, Zamboanga City;
2. That I personally know Rodrigo Perez because he is my boyfriend;
3. That I first met in Jarheads Diner in Gov. Camins Ave. for their eyeball date
a few months ago;
4. That even if Rodrigo lives in Barangay La Paz, he regularly sees me for our
weekly date every Monday;
5. That about 6:00 oclock in the evening of June 13, 2016 Rodrigo Duterte
fetched me at Sta. Maria Elementary School and we had a dinner date at
Patio Palmeras in Paseo del Mar;
6. That I execute this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing
facts.
