PANEL 1: We start off our story inside of a large auditorium. The lights are
dimmed as a large crowd of people begin to take their seats.

PANEL 2: Side shot of the audience near the front of the auditorium. We
see that some of them are members of the press, indicated by the badges
worn around their necks and the pens/note pads they begin to break out.

PANEL 3: The room goes dark as spotlights begin to illuminate the stage as
everybody begins to settle down.

PANEL 4: Cut to backstage. Back shot of a man in a fancy grey suit as he

begins to make his way onto the main stage. His face concealed by the
shadows giving an aura of mystery.

PANEL 5: Same perspective. One of the backstage crew members stops him
to give a last second touch-up before he heads out.
1 ANOUNCER (OFF PANEL):

Ladies and gentlemen, please give

a round of applause for your host
of the evening. The President and
CEO of Acute Industries

PANEL 1: Finally entering the spotlight while being greeted with a round of
applause, we get a better look at the man from the previous panel as he
smiles and waves towards the audience. An aged Japanese man with greying
receding hair.
1 ANOUNCER (OFF PANNEL):

GENZOU TSUCHIDA!

2 SFX:

CLAPCLAPCLAPCLAPCLAPCLAP

PANEL 2: Front shot. Tsuchida prepares himself at the center podium. He

takes a moment to collect his thoughts as the audience applause settles
down.

PANEL 3: Same perspective. Tsuchida is fully composed and begins to

speak.
3 TSUCHIDA:

This world has changed. This

country has changed. What we
once thought to be only possible in
the realm of science fiction is
starting to become our reality.

4 TSUCHIDA:

Personal computers, robotic

servants, powered exo-skeletons

5 TSUCHIDA:

But even with all of our great

advancements in technology we
have yet to find a solution for our
biggest problem yet.

PANEL 4: Tsuchida pulls out a small remote control and points it at a celling
projector off panel.

PANEL 1: Shot of the ceiling projector as it begins to light up.

PANEL 2: Wide shot of Tsuchida now pointing at the large projector screen
behind him. The screen shows various news articles and headlines relating to
crime related activities. Eye catching headlines such as CRIME WAVE PUTS
RESIDENTS ON HIGH ALERT, MASKED MAN MURDERS THREE IN LOCAL
NIGHTCLUB, STRING OF CAT BUGLUARIES LEAVE POLICE DUMBFOUNDED,
and so on.
1 TSUCHIDA:

Crime.

PANEL 3: Tsuchida continues his speech wearing a quite serious demeanor.

Grasping the podium firmly with both of his hands.
2 TSUCHIDA:

Larceny, homicides, even acts of

terrorism are suddenly becoming
the norm for our beautiful city. The
latest figures show that there has
been a 60%, let me repeat that
again, a 60% increase in our citys
crime rate.

3 TSUCHIDA:

And this is without even taking a

look into the illegal activities of the
numerous violent groups that
have become more and more
prominent in todays society.

4 TSUCHIDA:

Tokyo, our city, our home is

practically bending over to the
villainous filth that seek to dominate
it with an iron fist.

PANEL 4: Tsuchida slams his fist against the top of his podium as he raises
his voice.
5 SFX:

SLAM

6 TSUCHIDA:

Well I say NO MORE!

PANEL 1: Tsuchida reigns himself back in an effort to keep his composer.

PANEL 2: Tsuchida looks up at the crowd again and continues his speech.
1 TSUCHIDA:

Thats why me and the best and

brightest members here at Acute
Industries have come up with a
solution.

2 TSUCHIDA:

An answer to the problem that has

been plaguing this city for far too
long.

3 TSUCHIDA:

So without further delay, I present

to you th-

4 SFX:

SLAM

PANEL 3: Cut to the back of the audience near the entrance way where a
group of armed men wearing matching Kabuki masks flood their way into the
auditorium.

PANEL 4: Front shot of two of the men getting ready to take aim with their
weapons. Both are armed with a M79 grenade launcher. They fire two rounds
into the crowd.
5 SFX:

THUMP THUMP

PANEL 5: Upwards shot of the two grenades in midair as they arc over
towards the crowd who are now trying to flee in panic. A streak of smoke
highlighting their path.

PANEL 1: Wide shot. The two rounds explode creating a cloud of smoke that
begins to fill the auditorium. The panicked crowd is still scrambling amongst
themselves trying to escape.
1 SFX:

BOOOOM

PANEL 2: Cut to Tsuchida still at the center stage trying to make sense of
whats going on while peering through the thick smoke.

PANEL 3: Side shot of a man in a security uniform as he rushes towards

Tsuchida trying to get his attention.
2 SECURITY GUARD:

SIR, COME ON! WE HAVE TO GET

YOU OUT OF HE-

PANEL 4: The security guard suddenly gets yanked into the smoke cloud by
an unseen assailant behind him.
3 SECURITY GUARD:

AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!

PANEL 5: Same perspective. We see a huge and slightly distorted silhouette

of the perpetrator appearing in the smoke. Glowing yellow eyes stare straight
at Tsuchida as hes frozen in fear.

PANEL 1: Close up on Tsuchidas face as an armored/robotic hand shoots out
to grab him by his shirt collar.

PANEL 2: Cut to one of the members of the press whos still in the panicked
crowd fumbling with his video camera (a 1960s kodak brownie film camera)
trying to capture everything thats transpiring.

PANEL 3: Front shot of the camera man as he turns to the stage getting a
distorted reflection of the monster who has Tsuchida in his grip on his camera
lens.

PANEL 4: Cut back to Tsuchida who is being raised by his shirt collar by the
mysterious assailant.
1 TSUCHIDA:

W-Who are you?

PANEL 1: Splash page. We finally get to see the man responsible for all of
this chaos. Decked out in large/heavy Samurai-themed armor with huge
pauldrons, dude looks like the love child of Bro Quests Kabuto Samurai and a
Beetleborg.
1 WHITE BEETLE:

The dawn of a new age

PANEL 1: We cut to an emergency news report where a male reporter is
standing outside of the entrance to a large company building in front of a
police line being set up by the cops. Police vehicles can be somewhat seen in
the background.
1 CAMERA MAN (OFF PANEL):

And we are live in three, two, one

2 REPORTER:

This is Tajima Sadaharu on scene at

Acute Industries Headquarters,
where a hostage situation is
currently underway somewhere in
the tech corporations building.

3 REPORTER:

Wait a minute

4 REPORTER:

Okay, were now taking you live to

a briefing from the police.

PANEL 2: We cut again to the police briefing where an aged detective is trying
to calm the press down in order to speak. He looks pretty gruff, has a bald

head, wears glasses, and is sporting cool and relaxed demeanor despite being
swarmed by reporters shoving microphones into his face.
5 DETECTIVE NAKAZO:

Alright,
Alright.
Settle
down,
people. Im just here to make a brief
statement then Ill take a couple of
questions afterwards.

6 DETECTIVE NAKAZO:

At around 6:30 PM today we

received a call reporting that a
group of masked gunmen have
taken an unknown amount of
hostages inside of Acute Industries.

7 DETECTIVE NAKAZO:

We are currently trying to establish

contact someon-

8 REPORTER (OFF PANEL):

Detective Nakazo! Could this be tied

in any way to the recent string of
attacks by the Imperial Remnants?

PANEL 3: Same perspective, Detective Nakazo squeezes the bridge of his

nose in annoyance while continuing his address.
9 DETECTIVE NAKAZO:

We dont have any evidence to

support or discount that this might
be connected to the Remnants, let
alone treat this as an act of
terrorism.

10 DETECTIVE NAKAZO:

However, the proper precautionary

measures have been put in place.
The commercial air corridors have
been closed and first responders
have been mobilized and are
currently on-site.

11 REPORTER 2 (OFF PANEL):

Detective! Has anybody been sent

inside yet?

PANEL 4: Same perspective, Detective Nakazo raises his head to answer the
question.
12 DETECTIVE NAKAZO:

Weve deployed a team to monitor

the situation.

13 REPORTER 3 (OFF PANEL):

Detective Nakazo-

14 DETECTIVE NAKAZO:

I apologize but I cant make any

further comments in relation to-

15 REPORTER 4 (OFF PANEL):

Detective-

16 DETECTIVE NAKAZO:

We have our best men in place

ready to do whatevers necessary.

PANEL 1: Cut to a scene taking place from within Acute HQ where we see the
rest of the address taking place on a television screen.
1 DETECTIVE NAKAZO:

And thats all I can say at the

moment, excuse me

PANEL 2: Similar perspective. Zoom out downwards to reveal that the

television is actually on an elevated rack (if youve seen a TV at a gym you
know what Im talking about). Somebodys white gloved hand (now at the
lower center of the panel) shuts off the television with a remote control.

PANEL 3: Wide panel overhead group shot of our heroes, the Omega Power
Guardians, standing in a rough circular formation staring at the black screen
of the televison inside what looks to be a locker room with NBA-tier
accommodations. Their form fitting uniforms take elements from some of the
rl classic Super Sentai series. Belts similar to that in Hikari Sentai Maskman,
scarfs like in Taiyo Sentai Sun Vulcan, popped collars, etc. Each one is
currently without their helmet leaving their faces in clear view. Omega Red
(at the center with his arms crossed) is sporting the spikiest hair in the group
and has a serious demeanor. Omega Green (at Reds right) is rocking
something more along the lines of a crewcut and has his hands at his waist.
Omega Pink (At Reds left) with shoulder length hair tied into a ponytail.
Omega Blue and Yellow are near the back. Blue sporting neatly kept hair and

is wearing a pair of glasses, Yellows hair being slightly unkempt along with a
pair of sideburns.
1 OMEGA YELLOW:

Well isnt this just peachy

PANEL 4: Omega Yellow kicks back into a fold-out chair near his locker space
while Omega Red slowly paces around the room with his hand on his chin in
the thinking position.
2 OMEGA RED:

We need to do something.

3 OMEGA YELLOW:

Well we could always just kick back,

relax, grab a bag of popcorn and let
the police do their thing

PANEL 1: Shot of everybody in the room suddenly giving Omega Yellow a
look that varies between dirty/angry (Pink), disconcerting (Red and
Green), and Seriously? (Blue via raised eyebrow).

PANEL 2: Front shot of Omega Yellow leaning back further into his chair while
scratching his head, giving a tense and uneasy smile.
1 OMEGA YELLOW:

Or we could, yknow, just go out

there, be the heroes they paid us to
be.

2 OMEGA YELLOW:

After all, blindly jumping into the

fray without any idea of what were
up against was in the job
description.

PANEL 3: Wide shot of Omega Blue, who is leaning back against a wall, arms
crossed, with his head thrown back smirking at Yellows comment. Omega
Pink, who is now visibly pissed off, starts moving closer to Yellow. Obviously
shes about to tell him off. Omega Green, who is also standing starts facepalming himself in annoyance.

3 OMEGA YELLOW:

Seriously, check our contracts. Im

pretty sure its in there.

5 OMEGA PINK:

Are you for real, Hidari?!

4 OMEGA GREEN:

Oh here we go again

6 OMEGA PINK:

How can you even say something

like that at a time like this?

PANEL 4: Side closed in shot of Omega Pink getting up in Omega Yellows

face. Staring him down Yellow continues to look her in the eyes with a grin on
his face.
7 OMEGA YELLOW:

Oh, Im sorry. I didnt realize that

lightening up the mood was so
illegal around these parts.

8 OMEGA PINK:

This is not the time for another one

of your stupid wisecracks!

9 OMEGA YELLOW:

Nor is it the time to have a stick

shoved firmly up our asses, then
again, it looks like youre really
enjoying the several currently
lodged up yours.

10 OMEGA PINK:

You smug son of a-

PANEL 1: Similar perspective. Zoom out slightly to Omega Blue suddenly
coming in between them and pushing the two away from each other. Both
Pink and Yellow express a slight surprise.
1 OMEGA BLUE:

Okay children, how about we take

things down a notch and focus at
the task at hand.

2 OMEGA BLUE:

Seriously, its like I cant look away

for two seconds without seeing you
guys come at each others throats.

PANEL 2: Cut to Omega Red also stepping in and taking an authoritative

stance. He looking at the rest of his team in a serious manner.
3 OMEGA RED:

Kurodas right, I didnt sign up for

this just to watch the two of you
tear each other apart.

4 OMEGA RED:

Right now hundreds of innocent

people, including our boss, are
being held against their will by a
bunch of armed lunatics.

PANEL 3: Omega Red continues his spiel while grabbing a sheathed red and
silver sword from his locker space along with his helmet. The sword looks
similar to the Portable Ninja Sword from Ninpu Sentai Hurricaneger sans the
blaster rifle feature.
5 OMEGA RED:

Now I dont know about you, but Im

damn well not going to just sit in
here while there are so many out
there that need my help.

PANEL 4: Omega Red gets ready to head for the exit but Omega Green
grabs him by the shoulder in order to halt him. Reds head turns slightly
back to look him in the eyes.
6 OMEGA GREEN:

Well youre not going out there

alone, man. After all, were all
supposed to be in this together.

PANEL 5: Omega Green turns around to face the rest of his teammates
(specifically Pink and Yellow), crossing his arms and giving them a
threatening look that pretty much screams Go ahead, just try to say no and
see what happens.
7 OMEGA GREEN:

Right?

PANEL 1: Front shot of Omega Blue adjusting his glasses while replying to
Greens question.
1 OMEGA BLUE:

You know Im game.

PANEL 2: Same perspective. Front shot of Omega Pink cracking her

knuckles while replying to Greens question.
2 OMEGA PINK:

Ready when you are, big guy.

PANEL 3: Same perspective. Front shot of Omega Yellow leaning forward

with his face resting on his hand.
3 OMEGA YELLOW:

Well I guess Mayeda can finally

add suicidal idiot to my epitaph
after all of this is said and done.

PANEL 4: Omega Yellow gets up from the folding chair and stands straight
up. Both of his hands on his waist, sporting that same smirk as before.
4 OMEGA YELLOW:

Im in.

PANEL 5: Omega Red takes a good look at his team, finally united and
ready to fight.
5 OMEGA RED:

Alright, everybody gear up.

6 OMEGA RED:

Time to show these bastards that

they crashed the wrong party

PANEL 1: Cut to an overhead shot of what looks like a large central lobby
area with multiple staircases, elevators, and walkways. The gunmen (theres
about ten of them) have the hostages sitting on the ground. Patrolling the
area making sure that nobody does anything stupid.
1 OMEGA YELLOW (CAPTION):

So whats the game plan, fearless

leader?

2 OMEGA RED (CAPTION):

Right now we have the element of

surprise on our side.

3 OMEGA RED (CAPTION):

Nobody knows that were here.

Hell, nobody knows that we even
exist yet.

4 OMEGA RED (CAPTION):

These guys will be too busy trying

to lockdown the building while
keeping the cops at bay rather
than to worry about something
jumping them from the inside.

PANEL 2: Cut to one of the hostages, the same camera man from the
assault on the auditorium. He secures the camera bag next to him while
scanning the area, possibly trying to find a way to escape.
5 OMEGA BLUE (CAPTION):

They wont even see us coming.

6 OMEGA YELLOW (CAPTION):

You sure about that, Joji? Because

last time I checked these outfits
were really colorful.

7 OMEGA GREEN (CAPTION):

Can it, Hidari!

8 OMEGA BLUE (CAPTION):

Well he does have a point

PANEL 3: The camera man sees a navigational sign hanging from the ceiling
in one of the more distant hallways, indicating a stairway exit to the left. His
eyes instantly light up.
9 OMEGA RED (CAPTION):

Focus, people! Focus!

10 OMEGA RED (CAPTION):

Looks like the hostages are being

kept in the central lobby so that
gives us a lot of room to work with.

11 OMEGA RED (CAPTION):

If we can disrupt the guards, cause

enough confusion so that the
hostages can slip away, then we
can start taking them out one by
one.

12 OMEGA PINK (CAPTION):

Sounds pretty solid, Red. But what

do we do if you-know-who shows
up?

13 OMEGA YELLOW (CAPTION):

And youre referring to who

exactly?

14 OMEGA BLUE (CAPTION):

Shes talking about Power-Up.

And considering all of the
commotion outside Im honestly
surprised theyve havent shown up
yet.

PANEL 4: The camera man suddenly gets hit in the face with the butt-end
of a rifle. A small amount of blood spews out of his mouth.
15 OMEGA RED (CAPTION):

Even if they did theres no way

theyre just going to barge in here
while these guys are holding
everyone at gunpoint.

16 OMEGA RED (CAPTION):

Were in the best possible position

to deal with them.

PANEL 5: Downwards shot of the camera man looking up at the masked

gunman whos aiming a Type-100 submachine gun directly at him.
17 GUNMAN:

Dont even think about it

18 OMEGA RED (CAPTION):

So we might as well take full

advantage.

PANEL 1: Cut to a wide shot of several high-tech looking blue arrows (think
DCAU Green Arrow in terms of appearance) speeding in midair.

PANEL 2: The arrows hit the ground near the gunmen and the hostages. The
arrowheads suddenly light up. The gunman who was threatening the camera
man now snaps his attention to the arrows
1 GUNMAN:

What the fu-

PANEL 3: Closed in shot of the gunmans face as the arrows explode in a flash
of light, consuming the majority of the panel in white.
2 GUNMAN:

AAHHGG!

PANEL 4: Blank white panel

PANEL 5: Blank white panel

PANEL 1: The white flash begins to fade as we cut to a close up of the camera
man who is shielding his eyes.

PANEL 2: Same perspective. The camera man slowly begins to un-shield his
eyes.

PANEL 3: Zoom out to the camera man and his fellow hostages (still
sitting/laying on the ground) looking around the room in surprise and
confusion.

PANEL 4: Zoom out even further to reveal that all of the gunmen are knocked
out unconscious. Strung out about the room in various positions. Some of
them have broken masks while bullet holes seem to riddle around the lobby.

PANEL 5: Cut again to the camera man suddenly getting startled as someone
off-screen tries to get his attention.
1 OMEGA RED (OFF PANNEL):

Hey buddy.

PANEL 1: Upwards shot of the Omega Red (now wearing his helmet) standing
triumphantly sheathing his sword while extending his hand to help the camera
man up.
1 OMEGA RED:

Need a hand?

PANEL 2: Side shot of the camera man grabs on to Reds hand who then pulls
him up.

PANEL 3: The camera man (now standing up holding his bag) looks at the
Guardian with slight astonishment. We also see the some of the OPG in the
background either helping the rest of the hostages up or rounding up the
gunmen.
2 CAMERA MAN:

T-Thank you.

3 OMEGA RED:

Dont mention it.

PANEL 4: Red turns to face the hostages who all look a bit startled/worsefor-wear. Both Yellow and Green (who is now brandishing a stylized
Warhammer) are now standing beside him.
4 OMEGA RED:

You guys should probably clear out

of here. Theres stairway on the
west end that leads directly to the
parking lot.

5 WOMAN:

I-Is it safe?

6 OMEGA GREEN:

Dont worry, weve already cleared

the path. Nobody should be
bothering you on your way out.

PANEL 5: The hostages make their way down the hallway en mass. While this
happening Blue (wielding a bow) and Pink (staff) move in to converse with the
rest of the team after rounding up all of the gunmen.
7 OMEGA RED:

Nice work with those flashbang

arrows, Kuroda.

8 OMEGA YELLOW:

Yeah, maybe giving four-eyes here

the ranged weapon wasnt such a
bad idea after all?

9 OMEGA BLUE:

Coming from the guy who-

10 OMEGA BLUE:

Oh crap

PANEL 1: Pan in on Omega Yellow who seems to be bleeding from his side,
the rest of the OPG crowd around him in a panic. Omega Pink pulls out an
injection gun out of a holster on her thigh and begins to load it with a vial.
1 OMEGA BLUE:

Hidaris been hit!

2 OMEGA YELLOW:

Guys, its just a flesh wound.

3 OMEGA GREEN:

Do you still got one of those new

stimpaks on you, Mitsuru?

4 OMEGA PINK:

Already pulling one out.

PANEL 2: Omega Pink comes up right behind Yellow and stabs the injection
gun into his arm. A clear fluid begins to empty out of the vial.
5 OMEGA YELLOW:

Come on, its not that serio-AGH!

6 OMEGA PINK:

Which is why Im giving you a

dose. This stuff was practically
made for injuries like this.

7 OMEGA YELLOW:

Well remind me to thank the folks

in medical the next time we go to
the labs.

PANEL 3: Omega Yellow starts rubbing his arm while Pink disposes of the
empty vial. Blue grabs Yellow by the shoulder reassuringly.
8 OMEGA YELLOW (UNDER BREATH):

And to smack the shit out of

Mayeda for thinking that spandex
was the way to go for jobs like
this.

9 OMEGA PINK:

There, the chems should kick in

any minute now.

10 OMEGA YELLOW:

Yeah, Im feeling it already.

11 OMEGA BLUE:

So you can still fight?

12 OMEGA YELLOW:

Is that really even a question?

13 OMEGA YELLOW:

This isnt the first time Ive been

shot at, Joji

PANEL 4: Change perspective to a news camera POV where we cut to a shot

of the the front of the Acute Industries building still surrounded by the
police. A large explosion suddenly blows open the entrance. The police in the
distance begin ready their weapons.
14 OMEGA YELLOW (CAPTION):

So Ill be damned if one bullet

graze is going to take me out of
the game.

15 OMEGA BLUE (CAPTION):

Good, because we still got one

more lunatic to worry about.

16 SFX:

BOOOOOOOOM

PANEL 1: Same perspective. We zoom in to see the enormous White Beetle
emerging out of the smoke and flames while firmly holding his nagintana in
one hand and the dread filled CEO in another.
1 COP1:

OH CRAP!

2 DETECTIVE NAKAZO:

HOLD YOUR FIRE! HES GOT A

HOSTAGE!

PANEL 2: Same perspective. Beetle moves towards the main set of stairs
and presents the CEO to the crowd who is still struggling to get out of his
grip.
3 WHITE BEETLE:

CITIZENS OF TOKYO! THIS

PATHETIC EXCUSE OF A MAN IS A
FRAUD!

4 WHITE BEETLE:

Hes just another money hungry

capitalist who has been making
bank on the suffering of others!

5 WHITE BEETLE:

All that this filth has contributed to

the world is a plethora of unneeded
pain and broken dreams!

PANEL 3: Same perspective White Beetle raises the thrashing Tsuchida up

and positions his Nagitana, preparing to spear it right through his back. A
blue arrow can be see flying towards him from the top left corner of the
screen.
6 WHITE BEETLE:

And for these unforgivable

transgressions, he will DIE!

PANEL 4: Same perspective the arrow hits Beetle right in the face and
explodes upon impact. Knocking him off balance and losing his grip on
Tsuchida, which ends up sending the CEO airborne.
7 SFX:

BANG

8 CAMERA MAN (OFF PANEL):

What the hell?!

PANEL 1: Same perspective. Omega Pink rushes in and catches Tsuchida
before he hits the ground. The rest of the OPG come in right behind her
(sans Blue) brandishing their weapons as they move in on their target.

PANEL 2: Same perspective. With Tsuchida secured by Pink who

immediately tries to get him to safety, Red leaps in with his sword getting
ready to slice Beetles arm off before he has time to recuperate while two
shoulder missile launchers suddenly jut out from White Beetles pauldrons.

PANEL 3: Same perspective. Red successfully slices off Beetles arm which
causes him to lose his Nagitana but not before he launches a flurry of
missiles. Green and Yellow begin to strafe from side to side in order to avoid
the explosive projectiles. One of the missiles can be seen heading straight
towards the camera.

PANEL 4: Same perspective. Explosions start going off in the background as

each missile launched just barely misses their target. Most of the action is
now becoming obscured by the missile from the previous panel which is
getting dangerously close to the viewer.
1 CAMERA MAN (OFF PANEL):

OH SHIT!

PANEL 1: Same perspective. The camera ducks out of the way of the
missile. Giving us a shot of the projectile flying by just inches away from the
lens.

PANEL 2: Same perspective. The missile glides over the vast crowd of
panicked spectators, leaving behind a stream of smoke. It heads straight
towards a news van in the distance which causes those nearby to scatter.
1 MAN:

MOVE! MOVE! MOVE!

2 CROWD:

AAAHHHHHHHH!

PANEL 3: Same perspective. The Missile finally hits the news van and
explodes on impact.
3 SFX:

BOOOOMMM!

PANEL 4: Same perspective. Camera turns back to the front of Acute

Industries; a thick layer of smoke covers the area.

PANEL 1: Same perspective. A large somewhat distorted silhouette
becomes visible in the smoke.

PANEL 2: Same perspective. Camera zooms in on the silhouette as it grows

closer and less distorted.

PANEL 3: Same perspective. A badly damaged White Beetle rises out of the
smoke cloud standing somewhat triumphantly at the top of the stairs.

PANEL 4: Same perspective. Someone suddenly kicks Beetle kicks down the
set of stairs.
1 SFX:

THUNK!

PANEL 1: Same perspective. Beetle starts tumbling down the stairs,
showing off an extensive amount of damage. Armored plates crumpled, both
of his arms missing, his left leg practically being held together by a series of
wires.

PANEL 2: Same perspective. Beetle continues to tumble down the staircase,

nearing the bottom.

PANEL 3: Same perspective. Beetle finally hits the ground face first into the
pavement, oil and hydraulic fluids begin to leak all over the place.

PANEL 4: Same perspective. Camera pans back up to see five shadowy

figures on the top of the stairs. All of them standing side by side.

PANEL 1: Front shot. We see the astonished face of the camera man from
the lobby scene peaking from behind his video camera. Wanting to see this
spectacle with his own eyes.

PANEL 2: Full page spread. Group shot of the OPG still brandishing their
weapons while standing triumphantly over their defeated foe.

PANEL 1: The news crew break through the police line. Hundreds of
journalists/reporters rushing to the concurring heroes, cameras and
notepads in hand.
1 NAKAZO:

2 REPORTER1:

WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU

IDIOTS DOING?! STOP
THEM!
COME ON, MOVE!

3 REPORTER2:

GET THAT CAMERA READY!

PANEL 2: The crowd complete surrounds the OPG, microphones shoved in

their genera direction as the journalists begin asking a flurry of questions.
4 REPORTER #1:

That was absolutely amazing!

5 WOMAN:

They saved our lives!

6 REPORTER #2:

How did you defeat the man in the

white armor?!

7 REPORTER #3:

Who are you?!

8 ??? (OFF PANEL):

Maybe this is where I should

enter the picture.

PANEL 3: A roughed up Mr. Tsuchida limps towards the crowd with a slight
smile on his face. Adjusting his tie as he begins to address the horde of
press who turn their attention to him.
9 TSUCHIDA:

Before our presentation was

unceremoniously ruined by that
moron and his minions, we were
about to reveal our latest project.

10 TSUCHIDA:

With the recent crime wave that

has taken Tokyo by storm, my
company has been working on
ways to assist local law
enforcement bring back order to
this fair city.

11 TSUCHIDA:

Weve given generous donations to

MPD and introduced new
equipment and technologies that
are still being utilized by them to
this day.

12 TSUCHIDA:

But even then, the proud men who

protect and serve this city are still
spread too thin to make a
substantial impact.

13 TSUCHIDA:

Thus we decided to assemble a

team of highly skilled individuals
and give them the means to make
that impact.

14 TSUCHIDA:

To be the heroes this city needs.

15 TSUCHIDA:

So without further ado, allow be to

introduce you to

PANEL 4: Front shot of the aged CEO (now to the right of the OPG) presents
the heroes to the surrounding press. Camera flashes encompasses the area
as our heroes strike a pose for the crowd.
15 TSUCHIDA:

THE OMEGA POWER GUARDIANS!

PANEL 5: Freeze frame. The previous panel now in black and white.

PANEL 1: Pan out to a framed newspaper showcasing the previous scene
with the headline TOKYOS NEWEST GAURDIANS! in bold font, dated
3/18/1963. The picture frame laying against a wall near the right of a metal
desk in a barely lit room.

PANEL 2: Near the top of the desk we get a shot of a large evidence
corkboard on the wall with various pictures of shady men in fancy suits and
store fronts pined on it. Newspaper clippings, sticky-notes, and red lines
interconnect with each other. On top of the desk there lays a digital clock
showcasing the time (9:45) and the date (6/12).

PANEL 3: We turn to the left to see a slightly open doorway with light
peeking through the crack.

PANEL 4: We cut to the inside of a small washroom where a physically fit

man wearing gray sweatpants and a wifebeater is washing his face in the
sink. He reaches for a towel hangs from the rack.

PANEL 1: Over the shoulder shot of the man using the towel to wipe his
face.

PANEL 2: Same perspective. The man brings down the towel to look in the
mirror, revealing that its our main protagonist Kotaro Hidari. The man looks
like hes seen better days. Dark circles have formed under his eyes, his hair
is significantly longer than before (almost shoulder length) and he looks like
he hasnt shaven in weeks.

PANEL 3: Kotaro comes out of the washroom with the towel hung over his
neck. Turning to look at the evidence board he set up.

PANEL 4: Side shot. Kotaro solemnly takes one of the pictures off the top of
the board which is not revealed to the reader.

PANEL 5: Close in shot on Kotaros face as he stares down at the photo with
a serious demeanor. His eyes covered by the shadows due to the poor
lighting.
1 KOTARO:

Alright, Hidari.

2 KOTARO:

Time to go to work
