Software terms of use

Ubi Soft Entertainment grants the original purchaser of this software a non-excl
usive and non-transferable license to use this software. This license is granted
for personal use only. Therefore, the user undertakes not to exploit the softwa
re or to use it in any manner that can be regarded as unlawful and/or a transgre
ssion of the Law of any country of residence.
The user acknowledges and agrees that all intellectual property rights pertainin
g to this software and its constituting elements, the trademarks and the copyrig
hts, are and remain the exclusive property of Ubi Soft Entertainment and/or its
licensors and/or licensees.
This software and its documentation are provided on an as-is basis without warra
nty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event
shall Ubi Soft Entertainment be liable for any consequential, incidental, direct
, indirect, special, punitive, or other damages whatsoever (including, without l
imitation, damages for loss of business profits, loss of business information, o
r other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this softw
are, even if Ubi Soft Entertainment has been advised of the possibility of such
damages.
Ubi Soft Entertainment shall not be held liable for the consequences of the use
of the software which is contrary to the indications given on the packaging and/
or the manual of this software.
