5. What is required for C&I engineer

C&I engineer must evolve to adapt changing technology and environment.
C&I engineers shall coordinate all the stakeholders
including Client, Vendor, Sub-contractor also other disciplines.

C&I engineer is required to be not only technical but also managerial.

C&I engineers shall catch technical evolution and field expansion
including information and network technology.

C&I engineer is required to be curious about expanding technical area.

C&I engineers shall contribute to Clients engineering, operation and maintenance
through project life from engineering to commissioning.

C&I engineer is required to aim overall optimization but not specific.
