teacher.

Amphitheater Public School District.
Employment Connected IEP Annual Goal:
Given a practice paper form, Jason will fill out an application for employment
with 75% accuracy in content by December 2015, as monitored by his high
school career services counselor.
Independent Living Goal (When necessary):
Upon completion of high school, Jason will apply for student housing at the
University of Arizona to establish residency.

Given an example on the computer, Jason will fill out an application for
housing with 75% accuracy in content by December 2015, as monitored by
