Usamos how Often porque significa cuan a menudo y esta liga
con la informacin que hay en la respuesta ( una vez al mes )

Preguntamos con when = cuando , porque dice mi cumpelaos

es el 1 de noviembre

Preguntamos con what time = a que hora?

Porque responde la pregunta
