OF THE ACTUAL NEW CONSTRUCTION AS IT SHALL SERVE LESS THAN 10
YEARS. THEREFORE GOING FOR A DEMOLISHEN AND COMING UP WITH
NEW BUILDING IS ADVISABLE.
