Room Descriptions

Parlor Rooms (ZZ): Our parlor units come complete with a full kitchen, full living area, full
dining area and a full bathroom. The living room consists of a sofa sleeper, with the option of
daybeds (near the window) Approximately 650 square feet.
Hotel King (GK): Our hotel king unit features one king size bed and one bathroom.
Accommodates up to 2 people and is approximately 300 square feet.
Hotel King Deluxe (PK): Our deluxe hotel room features one king size bed, full bathroom,
and large two-person jacuzzi tub. Accommodates up to 4 people, and is approximately 350
square feet.
Studio Queen (GS): Our studio queen units contain a kitchenette-living room with one
queen bed and a small dining table. Accommodates 2 people, and is approximately 415
square feet.
Studio King (GS): Our studio king units contain a kitchenette-living room with one king size
bed, a queen size futon, and a small dining table. Accommodates up to 4 people and is
approximately 415 square feet.
Studio Deluxe (PS): Our deluxe studio features a small kitchen, living room area with a
queen size bed and queen size sofa sleeper, and one full bathroom. Accommodates up to 4
people, and is approximately 600 square feet.
One Bedroom Suite (G1): Our one bedroom suite has a full size kitchen, dining and living
room area with a queen sofa sleeper and a gas fireplace. The separate master bedroom has either
a king or queen size bed. Accommodates 4-6 people, with approximately 750-1000 square feet.
One Bedroom Loft (GL): Our one bedroom loft suites have a full size kitchen, dining, and
living room area with a queen sofa sleeper, gas fireplace, and the option of daybeds. The loft area
contains a second bathroom and a queen size sofa sleeper. The separate master bedroom has
either a king or a queen size bed. Accommodates up to 8 people and is approximately 1300
square feet.
Two Bedroom Suite (GX): Our two-bedroom suite has two to three full bathrooms and a
full size kitchen, living and dining area. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper and a gas
fireplace; with the option of daybeds for further sleeping arrangements. There is the option for
one king or two queens in the bedrooms. Accommodates 6-8 people and is approximately 1250
square feet.
Two Bedroom Loft (GO): Our two bedroom loft has a full size kitchen, living and dining
area, two bathrooms, two daybeds, one king bed, one queen bed, and a queen sofa sleeper. The
loft area contains the second bathroom and a queen or king size bed. Accommodates 8 people
and is approximately 1600 square feet.

Three Bedroom Executive Suite (G3): G628/G629 are our only rooms that make up this
room type. Our 3 bedroom executive suite has two king beds, two queen beds, one queen sofa
sleeper, three bathrooms, full kitchen, full living and dining areas, four daybeds, and four
fireplaces. Accommodates 14 people comfortably and is approximately 2900 square feet.
Penthouses (T3,TP,T4): There are three different sizes of penthouse units. All are on our
7th floor. Each has either three or four bedrooms, three to five bathrooms, multiple living areas, a
full kitchen, and personal sauna. These units have spectacular views of Canyons Village and Park
City. The penthouse units range from 2500 to 3700 square feet.
