Playing sports is the best way to keep your body stay healthy and strong

Playing sports is an emotional, mental, and physical adventure. As with any


adventure, doing sports has risks involved but, experts agree that the advantages are worth it.
Participating in sports if you play it safely and smartly can enhance your overall well-being.
What makes your body healthy is that you keep every part of your body trained. Its not only
about your body physically but also mentally. Playing sports keep your body healthy as you
trained is well and strong because physically and mentally adjusted with training and
experience you have had. There are three main reason why playing sports is the best way to
keep your body stay healthy and strong.
The first reason is beause of healthy muscles and bones. Healthy muscles and bones
matter because it let you move freely and keep your body strong [1]. They help you to enjoy
playing sports such as swimming, soccer, basketball and other activities. Strong muscles also
help to keep your joint in good shape. For example, if your muscle around your knee get
weak it is more likely for you to get injured. Healthy and strong muscle also help you keep
your balance which makes you less likely to slip or fall. Likes muscles, bones become
stronger when forced to bear more weight than normal. When muscles are contracting, the
exerting force stimulates the bone to maintain or even build new tissue. Excercise triggering
osteocytes (the most mature bone cells) to instruct bone-building cells called osteoblast to
increase bone formation[1].
The second reason is body boost. Regardless of your fitness level when you start
playing sports. You will notice an increase in your overall physical fitness once you are
involved[1]. Nearly every sport requires some level of physical activity and has you practicing
the skills needed to be competitive. Most training regimens include running, cardiovascular
endurance, and strength training. Excercise is simply about moving your body which can be
almost anything that gets you active. This is important for you to stay healthy because once
you trained your body, it will remember the endurance and strengh that you have been put by
playing sports and while learning new technique. This will increase your body strengh and
endurance which is boost your body health[2].
Being active has other benefits too. Some research proved that playing sports not only
boost your body physically but also boost your brain. It is said that excercise enlarges brains
basal ganglia (the part that helps you pay attention) [2]. One school in the United States has
shown that thirty minutes of walking on a treadmill improved their students problem solving
skills by ten percent. There is also another reason why sports keep you healthy. It is also
boost your body immune system. Though up till now the exact reason how playing sports
keep your body healthy by boosting your immune system remain unclear, there are several
theories that experts have said[3]. Some of the theories is that by doing physical activity may
help flush bacteria out of the lungs and airways, this may reduce your chance of getting a
cold, flu, or other airborne illness. Other theories said that the brief rise in body temperature
during and right after excercise may prevent bacteria from growing, it is help your body to
fight infection more effectively[4].
The third reason is because playing sports will makes you care about your body and
relationship with others. It is tend to be likely full benefits for your lifestyle and relationship
with family and friends[5]. Playing any sports such as swimming, bowling, rugby, soccer, etc,
will affect you and your body equally. It gives you benefits physically and mentally. When
you are playing sports, you tend to be more care about your body well-being, therefore you
will find the right nutrition in order to keep your body in a such a state of performance. You
will concern about food that you will eat and amount of time you need to take a good rest.
But not only that, most sports involve working cohesively in a team environment. With that

team component can come more cooperation skills. More focus and more commitment which
lead to healthier relationship with other people and a healthier outlook on life[3][5].
In short, all you need to completing your life is doing sports not so often but not
occasionally as well. All sports has equal benefits that affect both of your physical and
mental. Playing sports will boost your body as well as boost your immune system and brain
performance, keep your muscles and bones under training to become much more stronger,
and above all of that keep your relationship with yourself and other better. All of those reason
are the prove why playing sports keep you healthy.
