occasionally as well. All sports has equal benefits that affect both of your physical and
mental. Playing sports will boost your body as well as boost your immune system and brain
performance, keep your muscles and bones under training to become much more stronger,
and above all of that keep your relationship with yourself and other better. All of those reason
are the prove why playing sports keep you healthy.
