Who does God give knowledge to?

Isaiah 28:9 Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them
that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts. 10 For precept must be upon precept,
precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:

So where are we and where should we be now?

Hebrews 5:12 For when for the time you ought to be teachers, you have need that one teach you
again the first principles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not strong meat. 13
For every one that useth milk is unskillful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe. 14 But
strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses
exercised to discern both good and evil.

When should we teach/preach the Gospel?

2 Timothy 4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all
longsuffering and doctrine. 3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after
their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel: ROM 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and
hearing by the word of God. 1CO 14:36 What? came the word of God out from you? or came it unto
you only? 2CO 2:17 For we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as
of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ. 2CO 4:2 But have renounced the hidden things of
dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of
the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God. EPH 6:17 And take the
helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: COL 1:25 Whereof I am made

1TH 2:13 For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of
God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of
God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe. 1TI 4:5 For it is sanctified by the word of God
