HYDRAULIC SHOVEL

INTRODUCTION
Shovels are basically used during surface mining of deposit
athe open pits and open cast miners. Hydraulic shovel, use of this
machine gained popularity during 1970s. this is also known as
hydraulic shovel.
It differs from front end loader with respect to mounting
(crawler in place of tyres), greater digging force and less fuel
cost/unit loading and more rugged rugged structure of the main
components.

Hydraulic Oil Hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system is a medium
for transmitting the work from one place to another. Besides, the
use of hydraulic oil must be able to:

Lubricate moving parts in the pumps and hydraulic motors.

Have a good lubrication properties and absorbs heat from

pressure.
Have a high resistance to rupture the oil film layer.
Wherever possible viscosity should not be dependent on
temperature
Circuit Hydraulic Excavator

Excavator hydraulic system is used to control the control Boom

Raise / Lower, Stick out / in, Bucket close / open, Swing Right / left,
or a combination of the above movements. Hydraulic power system
is controlled by the main control valve, which consists of several
valves directional control valve (DCV).
The hydraulic system is driven by two variables with this type
of pump piston pump (axial piston pump) where these pumps
deliver power from the engine to the excavator.

EXCAVATOR BACKHOE
INTRODUCTION
Backhoe is the opposite of a power shovel, where a backhoe to dig
the excavation direction moving towards the body (body) backhoe, while
