1. Welcoming Speech
Mr. Majid bin Rawino has welcomed all members of committee to a meeting the
first educational trip for the year 2016. He asked all members to give ideas and
insights for the successful educational trip for 2016.
2. Approved of minutes of the previous meeting.
All members of the committee accepted the minutes of the previous meeting. It
proposed by Mr. Amir bin Buang and seconded by Pn. Hamiza binti Mahpop.

3. Discussion of an excursion trip.

All members of the committee had discussed and accepted the proposal as
secretary. It proposed by Pn. Jubaidah binti Omar and supported by Pn.
Ruhaidah binti Daud.

3.3 Trip participants are required to pay a minimum of RM10.00 per month
(optional) from April to the treasurer and register its name as a confirmation
of attendance.
3.4 All costs above is a rough estimate. The real value is expected to decrease.
3.5 Although RM 50.00 collected from students, the secretariat will try to get
donations from outsiders. Outside contributions are not taken into account in
the estimate above.
3.6 After the visit, if there is money left, it will be returned to the student and
teacher.
3.7 If the members cancelled to follow the trip payment, the money will not
refundable.

3.8 List the program and budget expenses as above discussed accepted. It
proposed by Pn. Faridah binti Abdul Jaffar and supported by Mr Rizuan bin
Adam
4. Other Matters Arising
Tabikas Chairperson asked the secretary post the first minutes of the meeting to
the school facebook so that who are not present at the meeting can get all
information about the trip to Johor Bahru.
The meeting was adjourned at 4.30 pm.
