We have perused copies of the documents forwarded to us and have got relevant and available
records verified at the office of the concerned Sub-Registrar for _______ Yrs. vide receipt no.
_______ dated __________. The said flat/property is free from all sorts of encumbrances, lien,
charges, mortgages, etc. The sellers are having valid, absolute, and clear and marker table title
to the flat/floor/shop/property.
In view of the above we confirm are the
present owners of the property as referred above, and .
will become the owner of the said property after the execution of sale deed in his favour and
can then create equitable mortgage in favour of RHDFCL by depositing the original title
documents as listed in point no. 7, 8 and 9 above.

We confirm that in the event of default of the borrower, mortgage of the property being funded could be
enforced under the SARFAESI Act
