Resumen
La opcin laboral de trabajar por cuenta propia es importante en estudiantes con
formacin universitaria. De esta forma en las universidades se ha despertado un gran
inters por ofrecerla como una opcin profesional a la que pueden acceder titulados de
carreras muy diversas, impulsando as las acciones de emprendedores para llevar a cabo
un proyecto de negocio, lo cual es de gran trascendencia para el desarrollo social y
econmico del pas. (Ratmaningsih, 16)
Las caractersticas bsicas que debe poseer cualquier persona que desea emprender una
actividad empresarial, deben ser manifestadas en todo momento en la gestin que
realiza, porque para hacerse empresario, es importante el deseo, la manifestacin, el
inters, la aspiracin, que vaya acompaado de un motivo fuerte, importante y legtimo
de emprender y desarrollar algo, as como poseer el conocimiento y capacidad en el
campo al que se dedicar, ya que trabajar con elementos diferentes e
interdisciplinarios.
Sin embargo, hay un elemento primario bsico que prevalece siempre en el deseo de ser
empresario y es el valor de emprender, que es nada menos que la manifestacin del
arrojo, ante la incertidumbre de los resultados, y la capacidad de riesgo.
