A Historical Insight of Mary Wollstonecraft

Falco, Maria J. "Feminist Interpretations of Mary Wollstonecraft." Google Books. The University
Park, PA, 1996. Web. 07 Oct. 2016.

Falcos book explains who Mary was, along with her works of political thinking,
feminism, and politics involving Marys writings. The book is to the point and the
introduction tells who Mary was through different perspectives. The book explains
mostly in depth of Marys professional and political side.

Falco includes some of her thoughts on Mary throughout her book. The primary reason of
the book is to engage on Marys professional side. The introduction gives good insight on
Mary as a person. This book is easy to follow and understand Mary and her writings.
Falco did a good transition from explaining Mary as a person to her as a professional.

The book could be used to teach about Mary in an English class, or history. The book
could even be used in a college politics class. Feminist Interpretations of Mary
Wollstonecraft is very well-rounded and explains much to know about Mary. It teaches an
important part of a woman in history.

Tomalin, Claire. "The Life and Death of Mary Wollstonecraft." Google Books. Penguin, 1992,
17 Aug. 2010. Web. 07 Oct. 2016.

Tomalins book tells Mary in-depth to her experiences, her illustrations, and what she did
at certain places. The book goes into her childhood along with explaining her family. The
book is somewhat like a timeline of Marys life. The book explains Mary by what she did
at certain places she lived at and what she accomplished as a person while she was there.

Tomalin writes the book, explaining who Mary is, but also everything in her life
including parents, relatives, experiences, and encounters. It goes in-depth in her life and
includes significant details of Marys life making it easy to understand. How Tomalin
writes the events chronologically makes it easy to follow along with Marys life and
grasp what is happening.

The book is an excellent read that could be used for a student to write about. It provides
great information about Mary and her life as a whole. The book could be used in many
history classes to describe a person in history. The book could also be used as a political
topic in general. The book would be best used for history or English to describe an
important person in history.

This book describes the thought process of Mary Wollstonecraft in her career. The
chapters offer detail of Marys impact on womens rights. The book talks about how
Mary wrote to get her point across through different styles.

Kelly did an excellent job describing the role Mary had, as well as her struggles. The
book has good information regarding the hard times Mary went through with womens
rights. The book is really educational with womens rights and feminism.

This book could be used for many different things. Since it is so in-depth with womens
rights it could be used in an English class for a paper. It could be used for a speech and
politics. Maybe even a debate class would find this book useful. This book provides
excellent information.

Taylor, Barbara. "Mary Wollstonecraft and The Wild Wish of Early Feminism." Google Books.
Taylor & Francis US, 2003, 2003. Web. 07 Oct. 2016.

Taylor does what the title says- describes the wild wish of early feminism. This book
makes a clear point of the battle between men and women. It includes quotes and words
from Mary herself. The book breaks apart what Mary is saying by her quotes and words.
The book explains why feminism is just a wish at the time and how Mary proved
otherwise.

This book can be hard to understand because it is a political topic, rather than Marys life.
Taylor succeeds at explaining the feminism struggle. It is a good book for an older reader,
as it is hard to follow at times.

Taylors book provides great information on feminism. It explains everything Mary had
to do with feminism. It would be great use for an English or history class. It describes an
important part of history and the role of a woman.
