Market Research
Questions asked:
Is any type of VR simulation used currently?

Would you be interested in using this kind of technology for surgical training?
Where they would find the most value (what feature would they like most)
(explain VR if dont know)
How much would you be willing to pay for that?
Would you feel comfortable training on VR?

Market Insight: Surgical Assistant

6 years ago, top medical schools in the nation had no VR, they practice suturing on pig skin,
and surgeries on cadavers. It smelled of Formaldehyde which made some people sick.
Da-vinci Robot is an example for something that would be helpful to have pre programed into a
database of instruction.
Orthopedic surgeons need to master at least 50 surgeries during medical school...General surgeons
may need 30-50 surgeries vascular surgeons need ~20 major surgeries. There are a lot of hourslong surgeries that need to be mastered for today's surgeons.
