ETHICS AND CURRENT ISSUES

Assignment 04: My Concepts of Privacy
worth 10% of semester grade
Purpose: A short paper (minimum 3, maximum 5 pages double-spaced) without references or citations that defines
your personal concept of privacy, the external forces that helped influence it, and how it has evolved through time.
Contexts must include:
Individual (seclusion, secrecy)
Family (parents, number of siblings/birth order, gender, ethnicity, religion)
Spatial (size of living spaces, personal/public space, rural/urban environs)
Time (evolving from childhood to current age)
Technology (tools that support/challenge privacy)
