Important Geophysical phenomena such as earthquakes, Tsunami, Volcanic activity,


cyclone etc., geographical features and their location.

Changes in critical geographical features (including water - bodies and ice-caps) and in
flora and fauna and the effects of such changes.
[NOTE] :-The Section Covers

Physical Geography of India and the World. Focus should be on important geophysical
phenomena like earthquakes, volcanic activity etc.

Impact of anthropogenic activities on environment like climate change, desertification etc.


here, the focus should be on applied physical geography.
