Youralreadyunpackedgamesshouldbeplacedin\dev_hdd0\game

YouneedtodumpthemodulesfromyourPS3console'sfirmware.
Thosemodulesarelocatedatthe\dev_flash\sys\externaldirectoryonyourconsole,andyou'llneedaCustomFirmware(CFW)inordertoaccessyourPS3
consoleviaFTPanddownloadthefilesovertoyourcomputer.
Recommendedfirmwareversionstoextractthemodulesfromare3.55andthelatest(4.80),thoughtakenotethatyoushouldusemodulesfromthesameora
higherversionthanthegameyou'retestingwasmadewith.
Thosefiles(theLLEmodules)willneedtobedecryptedsothattheycanbeusedinRPCS3.
Youwillalsoneed,asmentionedbefore,flashATRAC.picandflashMP3.picfromthesamedirectorywherethemodulescanbefoundat.Thosetwofilesdon'tneed
tobedecryptedandneedtobeplacedat\dev_flash\sys\externalinRPCS3.

PPUInterpreter(fast)andSPUInterpreter(fast)arefasterthantheaboveones,andarethemostcommonlyusedones.IfyougetPPUorSPUrelatederrors
whentestingagame,switchbacktothepreciseones.
PPURecompilerandSPURecompilershouldcurrentlyonlybeusedifthegamealreadyrunsonthePPUandSPUinterpreters,togainaspeedboost.
Results(logs)obtainedwiththePPURecompilerand/ortheSPURecompilershouldnotbereportedduetothemhavingmanyinaccuraciesintheiremulationof
certaininstructions.
Graphics
Youshouldalwaystestwithalltherenderstoseeinwhichoneyougetthebestperformanceandtooseeifthereareanyglitcheswithonebutnotwiththeother.
Optimalresolutionsfortestingare1920x1080(1080p)and1280x720(720p).However,youshouldseeatwhichresolutionthegameyou'retestingrunsonareal
PS3andusethatresolution(ifitrunsonseveral,useanyofthem).
