A. V. Thomas and Company Ltd is a part of AVT Group of companies, a multifaceted group with
strong presence in the branded packaged tea market, founded in 1925, with a strong presence in
plantations.
The AVT Consumer Product Division is now one of the top five branded tea marketers in the
country and its major brands viz: AVT Premium, AVT Supreme, AVT Rajah, AVT Assam, AVT Kompany
Chai are among the top tea brands today. The division has also made its inroads into branded
coffee market.
A.V.Thomas & Co. Ltd have set up four state of the art packing units for packet tea and tea bags.
We are also the biggest exporters of packeted Cardamom in brand name AVT Raihana.

efficacy in manufacturing and operational procedures.
Marketing executives' work involves the following:
1. Working with the sales team to establish their aims and objectives.
2. Analyzing the existing data and market reports of brands and developing, managing &
analyzing research reports.
3. Working with sales and other team members to develop ideas for sales promotional
campaign, briefing the agency about of the campaign, monitoring the success and
analyzing the results.
4. Attending and organizing sales promotional events and exhibitions.
5. Acting as liaison between the media, suppliers and clients
6. Marketing executives may have to travel extensively or do outdoor promotional activities
as well.
Salary would be in the Range between 15,000 to 20,000 Per Month.
The candidates will be initially absorbed as Trainee for a period of One +year.
