Mackenzie first approached in interest of shadowing a mid-level provider in
a clinical setting. I quickly learned that Mackenzie was ready for more than
just shadowing and we worked together with many of her future clinical
assessment skills.
Mackenzie is an ambitious and dedicated learner. When I asked her
to think critically about the pathophysiology of human body, she had no
trouble following this rationale. Mackenzie is very comfortable around
patients and will have no trouble integrating into the role of an advanced
clinical practitioner from the Nurse Aide role. I expect great things from
