environment, through Headhunting, Mapping, Portal Search and reference generation.
Understanding the client organization's manpower requirements and detailing of specific mandates,
thereafter to formulate overall plan to meet the requisite standards for recruitment. This involves developing
a search strategy, sourcing candidates, interviewing, assessing and recommending them to the client.

Responsible for HR MIS handling, employee engagement, Employee grievance handling and maintaining
employee relation .
Responsible for office administrative work, maintenance of office telephone, mobile, internet etc.
Monthly attendance, leave management for entire employees.
New joiners joining formalities, offer letter preparation, induction, employee database and master roll

Roles & Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Selection

Taking care of end to end recruitment at PAN India level of all Support Function.( M1 To G.M Levels).
Responsible for recruitment of other new venture business and sister concern companies of Rupa.
Analyzing the requirements.
Understanding the job description given by HODs.
Searching, Sourcing, Screening, Short listing.
Sourcing through Database, Portals(Naukri.com), employee referrals .
Handling other sourcing agents for suitable resumes.

Conduct preliminary discussions with candidates on technical and experience profile related grounds to analyze
suitability of candidates, shortlist the candidates and present them to the respective panel.
Scheduling, coordinating and handling interviews & events including calling sending mails to the candidates
and Hiring managers, directors , presidents as per the interview calendar.
Responsible for coordinating interview procedures. (F2F, web, Telephonic, walk in)
Compensation negotiations with the candidates to raising final offer.
Responsible for Offer Letter generation
Periodic following up with offered candidates to ensure candidates are in track.
Follow up with the candidates till the completion of the joining formalities.

Joining & On boarding:

Follow up with the candidates till the completion of the joining formalities.
Completing all the documentation work related to joining and on boarding of employees. i.e., verifying
documents & forms and closures of their personal files
Sending the Welcome Mail of the Newly Joined Employee to all existing employees along with Management
Follow up with concern person/department regarding Accommodation, Laptop/Desktop, SIM Card ,Visiting
Card, Work Station, Induction Plan and Travel Tickets.
Responsible for Appointment Letter generation

Induction & Orientation:

Conducting & implementing initial level Employee Induction and on-boarding program for various levels of
Coordinating with senior HR & respective HODs to conduct next level of induction program where new joinee
would be aware of Technical & Functional knowledge of their respective work & department.
Developing formats and standard communication for the joining process to ensure a seamless joining and a
good `first experience' of the employee
Maintaining MIS:
Updating the Master Data Documents and other necessary trackers of all new Joinees and existing employees.
Preparing & Updating Reports, Trackers on Daily/Weekly /Monthly basis
Keeping complete records of recruitment status (weekly basis), Offer letter issues , appointment letter issues
and other day to day activities
Generating different Hr related MIS report on monthly basis
Employee Engagement
Organizing events & activities for Employees during festivals .]
Organizing Motivation program for employees.
Coordinating in medical camp arrangements.
Sending birthday wishes mail to concern
Sending Thought for the day to all employees including management members
Other Activities :

Assist Line HR in Renewal of Medical insurance policies

Assist line HR regarding PMS such as Mid year review procedure, final procedure etc.
Follow up concern person for reimbursement claims of sales stuff.
Handling responsibilities on behalf of Sr. HR in his/her absence.
Responsible for assisting in exit formalities starting from arranging farewell ceremony to exit interview
