HumanResourceManagement(HRM)isthefunctionwithinanorganizationthatfocuseson
recruitment of, management of, and providing direction for the people who work in the
organization.ActuallyHRDdealswiththehumanbeingandithasnospecificexplanations
because human is a complex being so the problem related to the employees are also
complicated.ButHRDtriestoexplaintheproblemrelatedtotheemployeesandsolvethe
problem.Actuallyatpresentworld,noorganizationcanmaketheiremployeestotallyutilized
withoutHRD.However,thebasictaskofHRDistofindouttheproblemandsolutionof
employeesintotheorganization.Actually,HRDworkswiththechallengesofhumanbeing
and study to solve it in a very logical manner. HRD solve the problem by practicing

influence,Compensationinwageorsalary,TimeManagement,TravelManagement,Payroll,
Employeebenefitsadministration,Personnelcostplanning,Performanceappraisal&labor
relation. The basic motive of HRD is to develop employees performance and decrease
turnover.TherearealotofproblemrelatedHRDsuchasrecruitment,turnover,performances
etc.ActuallyHRDsolvetheirproblembymaintainingsomestrategy.Whentheygetthe
problemofperformancetheyarrangetrainingfacilitiesinBIBMorchangethedepartmentof
theemployees.Whentheygetanyunethicalpracticetheymaintainapunishmentprocess
bothfinancially&nonfinanciallyaspertheirrulesandregulations.ThemaintaskofHRDis
qualitymanagementtoimprovethecompanysperformance,maintainlowcost,andinduce

Introduction
HumanResourceManagement(HRM)isthefunctionwithinanorganizationthatfocuses
onrecruitmentof,managementof,andprovidingdirectionforthepeoplewhoworkinthe
organization.
Fundamentally,HRMisbasedontheassumptionthatemployeesareindividualswithvarying
goalsandneeds.Humanresourcesshouldnotbecategorizedwithbasicbusinessresources
(trucks,filingcabinets,etc.).
InthisreportwetriedtoshowthathowHRDfacesthechallengesintheirfield&howthey
solveitwithcompleteness&howimportantitisfortheorganization.

Rationale of the study


ThecasestudyisassignedbyourcourseteacherSaudAhmedasapartofourHuman

Resource Management course. The topic of our report is Problem faced by HRM
department&howtheysolvetheirproblem.Byconductingthisreportwecanenhanceour
knowledgeandskilltoapplyvariousresearchmethodsinprofessionallifeonhighereducational
life.Thereporthasgivenusachancetoraiseourqualityindevelopingresearchinstrumentand
itsapplications.Bydoingso,wecanboostouracceptabilityinjobmarketanddevelopourreal
lifeknowledge.

Wegotachancetoworkontheoneofthetopmostdepartmentsintheorganizationwhich
suppliestheworkingforceintotheorganization.Bydoingtheassignment,weareableto
