BMR(Balancing Modernization and Revamping) of DAP and Ammonia Plant.

I participated in the following activities:

 Installation, testing, commissioning, LV switch gears, LV motors

starters with AREVA teams and also involved in checking of its
control loop.

 Supervised of DESCON and AJC team for installation of PA system,

fire alarm, lighting system, grounding system, LV motors, Cable trays,
laying power control and grounding cables and termination. Also
supervised the casual labours during the TA of NH3 unit and DAP
plant.

 Coordinated with various departments when required for the

adjustment of electrical equipments such as Cable trays, Lights, PA
and Telephone system.

 Held responsibilities to arrange material for DAP and NH3 Revamp

such as Cable Trays, Cables (Control Power Ground) lamps industrial
power plug cable ties and gland.

 Involved in material inspection a handling for DAP revamp project.

 Studied drawing and materials concerning DAP Revamp these:

 Cable trays
 Cable laying
 Layout plan for lights, industrial power plugs,
grounding.
 Motors installation lay out plan
