TEMPLATE 2 - Sectoral goals vis--vis SDA main matrix alignment - From the existing agenda list identified in the SDA reference
matrix, TWGs will now enlist the specific sectoral goals from the results of their respective summit. The template will help the
group notice which of the sectoral goals may be already incorporated in the SDA hence the TWG will now discuss and
propose which will be the overarching harmonized agenda and which of the goals will be clustered within it as targets.
