It is scary season at university. You know? For lots of students, while exams are around
the corner, and that time they are rushing up with millions of deadlines. It is nightmare

Did you know that most of university students are sleep deprived? A survey was made
and result show that 70% of students obtaining less than 6 hours of sleep. 50% says that
they are facing daytime sleepiness due to insufficient sleep. (Lund HG. (n.d.) Sleep

Today, I hope that I can persuade each of you to always take care of your sleep time in

a. As a simple example, Increased total sleep in teenagers has
also been shown to improve mood.

Solving these problems required customer action and yourself where you need to be
professional in managing your life schedule.
A. Plan your life as it can improve your sleep properly.
i. Instead of making task or jobs in last minutes, try not to burden it. Do all
of you task slowly and periodically. Get enough rest if you really need for
it.
a. As a students, don't even think of pulling an all-nighter before an
exam, because researchers say that does more harm than good.
Last-minute cramming refuses to sink in, because the consolidation
of memories occurs during deep sleep.
b. For example, you may face fainting or loss of memories because
your brains did not have an enough sleeps.
