Topic: Should abortion be legal?

I. Introduction
A. Hook:
On what planet, which right dares to fight with right to live? In all
circumstances, it is not easy for us to imagine any right which is prior to
right to live.
B. Connecting information:
Right to live has evoked various arguments for a long time. Depending
on era or social circumstance, Right to live produces different
interpretation
C. Thesis statement:
However, in a raw system, which actually constrain our life, doesnt
handle every organisms life equally. Some people would say Abortion is
murder, and this assertion seems reasonable, however in raw system,
fetuss status is quite different from humans.

II. Body
A. Paragraph 2 (first cause or effect) topic sentence:
Prohibition of abortion is clear invasion of the right to pursue ones
happiness.
1. Unwanted pregnant give a woman tragic pain. (From movie If these wall
could talk(1 ))
2. 92% of doctors agrees with abortion. (2 )
3. Counter-argument What about fetuss right to pursue happiness?
-> If mother is miserable, so must her child.

B. Paragraph 3 (first cause or effect) topic sentence:

Unprepared woman cannot take her responsibility to her fetus.
1. If fetus born without responsibility from their parents, he or she will live their
life even more miserable.

2. They could be adopted, but without real parents love, it will be hard for them
to grow without negative attention. Their wound cannot be cured for good.
3. Counter-argument: Unprepared womans sex is irresponsibility behavior and
should not be accepted -> There is no 100% of successful birth control.

C. Paragraph 4 (first cause or effect) topic sentence:

Abortion should be legalize because illegal abortion causes many
problems
1. Since abortion is illegal, the surgery price is all up to the seller.
Sometimes abortion has made by person who even dont have doctor
license.(4 )
2. Unqualified abortion has normally have lousy health care and no
insurance which can cause second disease for maternal.
3. Since there is no perfect birth control in the world, abortion is not one
that can be avoided. (3 , 7 )
Counter-argument Some people might say abortion is murder and
unforgivable.
However, Pope Francis says all priests can forgive women who've had
abortions
III. Conclusion (paragraph 5)
A. Restate
(6 ) Abortion is surely not appropriate on moral, ethics, and religious perspective,
however these should not be intervened on the raw system. Therefore people can
say NO on the abortion, but cannot do legal sanctions as name of crime.
B. Suggestion:
If we cannot control 100% of pregnancy, and there is no perfect answer
for abortion, in that case, womans right to have abortion should be inside
of legal system.
