Our aim is to grow the future leaders of AXA. We

give graduates the support and opportunities to
quickly develop a transversal overview of our
organization through multiple rotations over a
period of 18-20 months.

Recent graduates or those who are about to

graduate from University
Dynamic, autonomous and ambitious

entrepreneurial mindset
Has strong communication skills
