Nick Zabriskie suggested you might be interested In working with Uber on an Initiative we're launching

next week called UberUP.

Across the east coast, Uber Is working on a project with the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City. In

Pittsburgh, we're making a commitment to onboard 1000 driver partners in 2015. in order to achieve

this, we're teaming up with some local community organizations to spread the word and help match

people looking forjobs with the jobs we have. Is this something you might be Interested in working with

us with as well?

We saw the veryexciting recentannouncement aboutthe Mayor's proposal and thegearsstarted

spinning when we got to the recommendations around prospering together! It looks like there could be

some great partnership opportunities here that could tie in nicely with initiatives like our Uber UP efforts

to recruit 1000

new drivers from urban communities in collaboration with the Heinz Endowments,

Design Center Pittsburgh,Global Pittsburgh,and others.

We'd love to talk further about any ways we might be able to help if you folks are at all interested. I've
