Terms and conditions

regarding of delivered goods


1. Customers are required to provide complete and accurate information regarding the type and specications of the goods to be delivered.
2. GO-BOX provides insurance up to max Rp 500.000.000 for goods lost in transit or damaged*, as long
as the goods are in accordance with the information provided (point 1). Nominal reimbursement will be
based on the receipt of purchase and/or reference to the fair value of the price of goods.

3. GO-BOX does not provide boxes for shipping. Customers together with the driver are responsible for
properly packing the goods to be delivered. For fragile items made of glass, ceramic, etc. it is suggested
that the item is specially packaged. GO-BOX is not responsible for damage or deformation that occurs
during delivery of such goods.
4. GO-BOX does not provide moving equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, loading ramps, etc.
Customers are responsible for providing such equipment if needed.
5. A cancellation fee of 20% from the estimated shipment value will be charged if the order is cancelled
after the driver arrives. A cancellation fee will also be charged if the driver is unable to complete the
shipment due to any of the following reasons:
Items do not t in vehicle due to the size and/or weight of the items exceeding the specied
maximum for the chosen vehicle type as specied within the GO-JEK app.
Vehicle is not able to reach a pick-up/drop-o point due to small roads
Items cannot be loaded due to lack of specialized moving equipment (point 4)
6. GO-BOX does not provide delivery service for the following items:
Goods which are illegal under Indonesian Law
Livestock or pets
Hazardous, ammable, or odorous goods

Items to send

regarding of delivered goods


1. Please provide complete and accurate information of the goods to be delivered:
Make sure that your items do not exceed the maximum size and weight for the vehicle type
youve selected.
You are not allowed to send goods which are illegal, hazardous, ammable, odorous, or
livestock/pets
Your driver has the right to refuse goods which do not fulll our terms and conditions, do
not match the description, or do not t into vehicle
2. Make sure to order an additional shipper if your items are bulky or heavy so that your driver
comes prepared. Failure to do so might result in additional delays when loading your goods, as
the driver will have to nd an additional shipped at the pick-up destination.
3. Please let your driver know if you require special moving equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks,
loading ramps, etc. This equipment is not included in GO-BOXs standard services, and must be
prepared seperately by your driver.
4. Your driver will call you once he accepts your order to verify the details of your shipment.

GO-BOX alliance with Tokio Marine to provide insurance for any damage/loss of goods
delivered. For each shipment, GO-BOX provides a standard insurance up to Rp. 10,000,000.
You can purchase additional coverage up to Rp. 500,000,000 to pay premiums*. Insured
properties are listed in the delivery goods description. *feature for additional insurance is still on progress.
1. TYPE OF GOODS THAT IS EXCLUDED FROM INSURANCE COVERAGE:
A. Prohibited Items
a. Money (cash, coins, foreign currency)
b. Narcotics, marijuana, morphine and other products that cause additiction
c. Pornography in any form
d. A need for longer delivery period than the transit time required
e. Livestock and plants
f. Food materials, perishable food material and beverages that requires cooling machine or
controlled environments.
g. Explosives, firearms, weapons, and its parts
h. Gambling devices and lottery tickets
i. Goods controlled by the Government
B. Exceptional Goods
a. Works of art, including works made or done by using skill, taste or creative talent for sale,
on display, or collection. Including, but not limited to the goods (and its part) as paintings,
drawings, vases, tapestries.
b. Films, image results, including photographic negatives, chromes and slides
c. Commodities that are naturally susceptible to damage, or has a highly variable market
value or difficult to ascertain.
d. Antiques, commodity that shows the style or model of the past era whose history, age or
rarity contributes to its value. These items include but are not limited to, furniture,
tableware, glassware, and collectible items - such as coins, stamps.
e. Glass in jewelries, including costume jewelry, watches and its parts, gemstones or stones
(gemstones or semi-precious stones) industrial diamonds and jewelry made of noble
metals
f. Animal fur, including but not limited to fur clothing, clothing with trimmed fur and fur
skins
g. Noble metals, including but not limited to, gold and silver bars or powder, precipitates or
platinum (Integral part of electronic machinery is excluded)
h. Prepaid Phone Cards (Phone Cards Voucher)
i. Postage stamps, customs on liquor, stamps.
j. Gold coins (should be packed with a header coins or Safe-T Mailer and should be kept out
of contact with other products or wrapped with soft materials)
C. Legal Documents
a. Ownership certificate and/or Freehold Title (SHM) and Building Rights Title (HGB)
b. Ownership certificate of Motor Vehicle (BPKP), Diploma Certificate, Passport, Certificate
of Bank Deposit in goods obligation and other related documents are defined as legal
documents by GO-BOX.
2. If item is damaged/lost, the customer is obliged to keep the goods in accordance with its
original form, without any modication. Damage/loss must be reported to GO-BOX call
center at 021-50255550 within a maximum of 48 hours after the delivery is completed.
3. Administrative fee of Rp. 150,000 will be charged to customer for each led claim.
