Brief Introduction
Dunya Establishment, registered in 1978 as one of the Electro-Mechanical
Contracting Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Due to the Joint efforts of the Management and highly qualified, devoted
Engineers, Dunya Establishment has raised its image to a stage where it has three
divisions within Dunya Group for catering the diversified need in the Industrial
Sector.
The Secret of our Success has been Customer satisfaction. Because we believe that
our 80% of business comes from 20% of our satisfied clients.
Our Organization comprises of the following three divisions:1. Dunya Establishment (Electro-Mechanical and Civil Contracting)
2. Electro-Mechanical Control House Sales and Marketing
3. Universal Metal Industry Factory Industrial Steel Fabrication.

DUNYA Establishment undertakes the design, Engineering Procurement,

Construction,
Testing of Power distribution system, Process instrumentation and control

carbon Steel and stainless Steel
3. In house Fabrication
a) Design and fabrication of pressure vessels, heat exchangers etc.
with assistance of JND Ltd. England in carbon steel and
stainless steel. JND Ltd. In ISO 9001 as well as ASME
approved company.
b) Fabrication of Steel Structure, Platforms, hand railing etc.
c) Fabrication of Storage tanks as per API Standards.
d)Fabrication of Process tanks with agitators for chemical and
petrochemical industries.
e) Fabrication of roller conveyors, screw conveyors.
f) General Fabrication.
4. Repair and Trouble shooting.
Dunya Establishment has specialized staff and experts in the
inspection, trouble shooting of rotary like pumps, motor and
turbines.
Vibration is considered the best operational parameter to judge
dynamic condition such as balance, bearing stability and stress
applied to the components. Many machinery problems can be
solved by vibration. Mechanical looseness, structural resonance,
soft foundation misalignment, rotor bow or lost rotor varies can all
be measured with vibration measurement.

Measurement of vibration of a machine, a rotor in relation to

the machine and comparing to its normal values indicates the
health of machines.
Our experienced Engineers can measure the vibration and gives
solution to reduce the vibration increasing the machine life
ultimately reducing the breakdown time and cost
Dunya Establishment has the capabilities to repair to the
customers satisfaction of the following rotary and stationary

5. Cooling Fans. Etc
Boilers:
All types of low/ high pressure, water/gas tube and parts like furnaces
economizer, boiler drum, air pre-heaters / elements replacement or
installation, exhaust dampers, air ventures, air separator, replacement
and repairs of anti vibration plates.
Valves:
All types of valves like safety, pressure relief valves.
Pumps:
Repairs of all types of pump centrifugal, reciprocating,
submersible and turbine pumps.
