1. What type of job are you holding at the moment? I am an ESL teacher at
the moment who is teaching English to Chinese students through internet,
it is a home base job.
What is your desired employment / occupational field (position you want
to apply for)?

2. Why do you want to change your employment? I want to be able to work

in a company that will help me build my own
3. What part of your current/last job do you find most interesting? It is
teaching students with different backgrounds and personalities which is
the interesting part because I learn how to adjust and adapt with the
current client that I have
4. Is there anything that you dislike about your job? I dont dislike
anything about my job because I think that doing your best in a certain job
will never make you think that anythings wrong.
5. Do you feel that your present employer estimates your full work
potential? Are they pleased with your work performance? I think when it
comes to customer service, it brings out my full potential because they
always rate me a hundred points score out of hundred
6. What do you find more useful in your present work - your education
or your practical experience from previous jobs or trainees? I think my

practical experience help me the most. I believe that you can never learn
if you are not put on unexpected occurrences and situations because you
will never read it on a textbook. You will make your own judgement and
make your own decisions and actions based on your own opinion, whether
its right or wrong you will learn from that experience.

professional qualifications in the last year? Last year, I did my best to
learn and practice
