Hershey Medical Center emergency room for care. Vitals were taken of the victims. They were weighed and measured with thet clothing on and found to be as follows: JTW age 6: 412.4kg (27.368), 100m tall (9.3in): SRB age 5: 10.5kg (23.tlbs), 9Bom tal (38.5in}: HRW age 4: 12kg (26.4ibe), 100em (38.3). Investigators were fold that all of the victim's initial core body temperatures were exlremely low, near 94 degrees. At 1439 hours, all of the victim's core body temperatures had increased to approximately 87 degrees. The victims were found to be extremely disheveled with drt animal har, uring and feces In their cllhing and encrusted lnto their skin. They reeked of a strong odor simile to that of caged animals. JTW and SRB wera emaciated to the degree that their ribs end spinal columns were easily isle along with most other bones in their bodies. JTW's buttocks were significanly vinkled and sagged. All three ofthe victims were examined by rmutiple physicians and steff and were admitted to the haspilal fr pediatric emergency care. Dr. Kent P. HYMEL met with investigators and began a child protection team consultaion repart onthe victims. Extensive scratch marks covered har body with bruising ‘and abrasions on her elbows, kneoe and enkles. Fingernell marks on her ankle were attributed to SRB's mother. ns of physical abuee. She has experienced neglect and has probably been physically abused. After intial examinettons of tho victime wor ‘complete, both liqud and solid food items were provided to the viclims; however, due to the poor health of the vice, they wauld vort back up thelr food, which requited medical ste to carefully feed and observe them for dumping syndrome, They wero also provided with adequate hygiena, clean clothing, comfort and medicine, The violins were infested with lice so severe, that the children screamed when the fice were phystcally removed from their bodies by medical personnel and investigators. ‘SRB sfeted fo CYS caseworkers that she was punched by her mother in he face and she fost a tooth as a resul of the physical abuse ‘FAW confirmed the incident and stated thet SRB got punched because she was caught drinking ta she founc in another room of the residence, SRB and JTW stated that when they Would eat in tneirhome, they Would vomi In @ coset inside the residence, end they would be forced to clean It up. (On 12/20/16 at approximately 1918 hours and agaln on 12/22/16 at approximately 1316 hours, | spoke with Co-Defendant Brandi WEVANT af PSP Lykens Slaton. She voluntariy agreed to mest wih me and the Intervews with her were recorded and entered into ‘evidence. She stated that she belleved none of the children ere biologically hers oto her husbend Joshua, even though some ofthe children have their lat name. She stated that she doesm't aven belleve HRW wes Joshua's blological daughter. She stated that SRB. came to reside with her when she was 16 months old. JTW and HRW came to reside with her an Joshua mn January of 2013. She Stated that the family has resided at the'r current residence since June of 2014. She stated that she cared about and wanted the children; however, Joshua dldr't care about JTW and SRB and favored HRW. She stated that HRW received special treetment, while tho othore were punished.
