RESUMEN
NOMENCLATURA
ABSTRACT
This paper presents an operational binary code for processes
(OPBC) that is used to represent time, sensing and machinery
events that are associated to a production line. Two orders
were used: 1) the downstream order, and 2) the unit production
time order. The productive system under study is composed of
two modules; 1) marking and 2) welding.
The local
synchronization was attained using the perfect vortex method.
Finally, the OPBC will permit to find the state equations of a
PLC, or similarly, the main lines of a ladder diagram.
